Good evening sir,please post for me and conceal my I’d.
My landlord and I have been doing something for three months now. He's a young vibrant guy. His dad gave him the house but he's a hard working man too. So we have been into each other deeply.

My rent expired last month and he did not raise the issue. But on Wednesday I receive a written message from a lawyer about quitting the premises if I can't afford the rent. I was sh0cked because am dating the landlord why paying rent?

I waited for him to come back and I even called him to tell him about the message I received. He said he's driving home. Getting home I showed him the message he said that's how lawyers do. That once a property is left under their care whether the person is the landlord’s daughter or wife that the next thing he will apply f0rce to make sure I pay.

I told him I don't understand, besides the first year I paid it was paid directly to the landlord not to a lawyer. How come a lawyer is issuing me notice now? He said that's how lawyers do once an apartment is placed under their care.

This guy since we started seeing has only given me 50k, though he takes me out. The rent has also increased from 120k to 180k. Where do I start from? He said there's nothing he can do about it , I told him to call the lawyer, he called him in my presence and the lawyer said he's only doing his job. Doing his job for who?

My landlord's father is l@te he's the the one in charge of all the properties so who is the lawyer doing his job for? I have been given up till next month ending to move out or I make payment directly to the lawyer.

Is this even right? I am his girlfriend. We are sl33ping together. Since we started I haven't sl3pt in my room. I sl33p in his room, I cook there and do everything there why should I pay rent for my apartment again?

I told him if that's the case I should move in with him he said his sisters do visit and the room we have been sleeping even belongs to her. But we are inti*mate and always into each other. I also believe he loves me because he gave me that 50k to add to my business when he was also looking for money to do something.

So it's not about him not loving me. What could be the probl3m please? Help me post. We are still doing things together, and he's trying to let the lawyer understand that I am his woman but the lawyer kept saying he can't do his job for him. My man is the eldest son so what is this lawyer even saying?

Since we started dating I haven't really been saving for my rent because I thought there would be no need. Is this how lawyers do their job? Please I need advice and opinions

Two days ago I went out intending to give 5 random hawkers 20k each.

The plan was to first buy their products and then pay them plus extra 20k cash.

The first woman I met was at Utako Market.

Immediately I stopped by the ever busy market, the hawkers besieged my car with their products. The lucky woman I picked was selling African Pear in tiny baskets and each basket cost N1,000.

I asked her to give me 5 baskets. Each baskets had less than 10 pieces arranged inside.

Immediately she brought down her tray, I couldn’t see what she was doing from inside the car, so I turned on the car's 360-degree camera.

I watched as she emptied 3 baskets into the nylon bag instead of 5 baskets. She quickly tied the nylon and even raised her head to tell me she added two pieces of pears as Jara and then quickly opened the back door and dropped it there.

Instead of saying anything, I gave her 3k. She told me with an unbelievable audacity that her money was remaining 2k.

I looked at this woman, amazed by how such an old woman could tell such a petty lie with a straight face.

I pointed at the dashboard screen of my car and when she looked, she saw her tray on the ground and her legs. It was at that moment she knew she had f**ked up and she quickly left.

I drove up a little bit and called one of the boys hawking plantains. I pointed at the biggest one in his hand and we agreed 10k for it. I turned On my camera again and asked him to put it in the trunk of the car. Before he got to the trunk of the car he quickly switched the plantains and put the smaller one in the car.

When he came to collect his money, I asked him why he switched the plantains and he swore in the name of the God of his religion that he did not.

I went to the trunk of the car, brought out the plantain, handed it back to him, and drove off with my money back to the house. I have had enough of almost everyone wanting to rip everyone off.

When I got home, I sent the equivalent of the 100k to my mother’s bank account and had restlessness thinking about the dogs-eat-dogs mindset that has become a tradition in our society

A man offered to buy my land from me for N4 million three weeks ago. I was br0ke so I decided to sell off the land to raise more capital for my business.

This week a telecom company approached my agent proposing to buy the land for N80million to mount their network mast.

The problem now is that I have already collected N3 million from the first bidder , based on the purchase agreement he is to balance me the remaining N1 million next month and collect the land documents, so as we speak the documents are still with me.

After getting wind of the telecoms company’s offer I wanted to revoke the agreement and return the first bidder's N3million. But the man said he won’t accept any refund, that he has already acquired the land and he will try his best to pay me the remaining N1 million next month.

But the bigger problem is that I don't even have the N3million at hand to return to the bidder cos I have already invested it in my business . So am I thinking of selling the land to the current highest bidder and return the first bidder's N3million once the telecom company pays me the N80million.

With the documents still in my possession and N80 million in my account , I think I can win the first bidder in any law court or traditional court. Please I need your advice and views on this matter. 🙏Thanks

Good morning sir, please should and your followers should help me . I relocated to a new area yesterday night through the help of an agent,

it was my first time of coming to the place cos the agent did everything on my behalf. So this morning I went back to my former house to bring my remaining belongings .

The issue now is that I don’t know the way to my new house, I have be searching and wandering about for several hours now and the agent’s number is not reachable. Please what should I do? 🥺😭🙏

Good day sir,please hide my name and post anonymously for me.
I'm a yound man of 30 and married.
It happened that i travelled down to my home town last april from another country where i live with my wife though in not the same location,

so when i got home i lodged at my aunty's(my mother's younger sister) house. One day, she went to the market with all her kids and house girl and i was left home alone. Around 11 am, i didn't know exactly what came over me and i went straight to one of her tenants flat to ask her if she had p0rn0 films to please share with me.

The lady was sh0cked and answered no, that she didn't have. I immediatly left. After that, i began to have regr3t and feel rem0rseful for what just happened .

To w0rsen the matter, in the night, while i was sitting dinning with my anty and kids, the lady kn0cked and told my anty that her husband wanted to see her. Automatically, i l0st appetite because i knew the lady told her man what happened.

My anty went and everything was narrated and i was involved.
Come and see sh@me upon my face that day. My anty begged her husband and asked me what was the meaning of that.

I could not believe myself to do such a thing. Because, i never ch3at on my wife despite the fact we live in different location in the other country. And the lady is n0t even b3autiful as my wife.

I'm kind of a man who is not f0nd of w0men.
Since, that day, anytime i remember the incid*ent, it really £ats me up and pa1ns me alot. I always ask myself how was it possible for me to try such a sham3ful thing?

I am an appliances in a fashion and designing house, a single lady and I live alone but because of the way the country turn that to be so hard and difficult these days feeding and other things are coming really unbearable and tough for me so there is this money I've been saving for a long time now it's just 50k and if I say let me use it for feeding it won't go anywhere and it will finish,😓 when it's finish no hopes anywhere again,

Good evening sir,Please hide my id. There is this serious issue that have been b0thering me for long. Am a young man of 29years and a virg1n before my wedding few weeks ago, my baby was 24.

My baby & i dated for seven months after introducing ourselves to our families . During courtship she told me that she's a virg1n just as i am.

I never doubted her because i am. I am a palm wine taper. While I was on top of one palm tree in the bush yesterday afternoon I looked around and I saw my bosom friend r0mancing my neighbor’s second w1fe inside the bush,
