"Life is like a tunnel. You can't always see the light at the end of the tunnel. But if you just keep moving you will come to a better place."

In our world today, it isn't really easier to work even if we were given the time and space in our very homes. And it gets problematic when we are torn between responsibilities and relaxations. It's isolating and worrying that we aren't being as productive as we are expected to be. We tend to overthink and lose our passion to perform.

It's okay to take a break once in a while. Always keep in mind that you need time to rest up and channel your inner thoughts in keeping your heart at ease, to maximize efficiency and performance when you go back to doing your thing.

Stuck in front of the screen all day? Well, that does not sound great, does it? Add spice to your daily routine by exercising!

Aside from its physical benefits, exercising 30 minutes to an hour is linked to a person's improvement of cognitive skills. It benefits one's processing speed, attention, memory, effortful and goal-directed thinking and behavior, and creativity. Furthermore, it improves your overall mood, as it helps in releasing happy hormones: endorphins ❤
Despite the demands of online classes, make it a habit to allot enough time for your health. Aerobic exercises or yoga are recommended for you, so you can still stay physically and mentally fit during this time of pandemic!
