GUIDE A
1. Press MENU on your remote control.
2. Select SET-UP then SYSTEM SET-UP.
3. Enter PIN 0000 or 9998.
4. Select INSTALLATION SET-UP then RESTORE FACTORY and enter PIN 0000 or 9998.
5. Select YES to continue. Please restart your set-top box by unplugging & plugging it back to the power outlet.
6. The screen will prompt a first time installation set-up.
7. Press OK to lock all the pre-defined items on the screen: Language: English, Mode of STB Operation; Satellite, Resolution Set-Up: 1080i, Setup Checklist, LNB Setup page, Entry Point: SES7-NE8, Signal Lock Screen.
8. The box will test for Signal Strength and Signal Quality.
9. Once successful, screen will show Channel 1.
10. Browse through your channels to check if programming is complete.

2. Select SETTINGS, SYSTEM, and FACTORY DEFAULT.

5. On the LANGUAGE SCREEN, you may select between ENGLISH or TAGALOG. Press OK to continue.
6. On the SETUP CHECKLIST SCREEN, please ensure that all cable connection are securely connected. Press OK to continue.
7. On the LNB SETUP PAGE SCREEN, select SES7-NE8 as the default transponder parameters. Press OK to continue.
8. On the CHECK SIGNAL SCREEN, the box will test for Signal Strength and Signal Quality.
9. Once successful, press OK to continue and screen will show Channel 1.
10. Browse through your channels to check if programming is complete.

Cignal will perform a series of software updates containing system enhancements for the GuangMao HD Box (GUA-SC1TMO20).
This activity will happen starting May 16, 2021.
Keep your box on standby mode when not in use. The box will only automatically download and install the update when you are not watching.
To check if your box has been successfully updated, you may go to Diagnostics from the system menu. The software version “vCGMDP1.0.1” will be displayed on screen.
