Simple Rules and Mechanics:

1. E-Room Open
Only the TH Eroom is Open

2. Cross-Ally
No Alliance Allowed. Alliance in different schools is strictly prohibited, if proven. No points will be awarded & 3 points deduction.

Example: the Allianced School Conquered the Eroom
40 mins - 1 point (No point will be awarded)
30 mins - 1 point (No point will be awarded)
And -3 points of the total unofficial score to the both guild/school that has been caught allied.

3. Guild Capacity
Each Guild is allowed a capacity of 40 members and must have a minimum of 8 active members, only registered guild can have points.

(All in-game names of members must be included with the guild registration and if the incoming new players, please add it only into our registration so we can eliminate dummy characters or spy ingame)

Dummy Character will be banned.

4. In the event of a server failure or problem before or during the Club War, if the issue cannot be resolved within 10 minutes, the score of entire Club War for that day will be officially “VOID”.

5. Blocker Points are not allowed. Only the Main Guild can authenticate the E-Room and gain points (Blocker Guild considered as invalid points)

6. Guild Registration
The Guild must have a minimum of 8 active members is required for registration. Only registered guild can have points. (No guild registration, no points)

All in-game names of members must be included with the guild registration.

7. Pointing System
-50:00 minutes left, Guild E-Room Holder: 1 Point
-40:00 minutes left, Guild E-Room Holder: 1 Point
-30:00 minutes left, Guild E-Room Holder: 1 Point
-20:00 minutes left, Guild E-Room Holder: 1 Point
-10:00 minutes left, Guild E-Room Holder: 1 Point
-Final Guild E-Room Holder: 2 Points

8. Only one guild can win (only the guild with the highest points). School/Guild must have atleast 8 members or more to conquer the e-room. Dummy guild is forbidden.

9. Event Winners
The guild with the most points based on the RAN Online PH: The Return Pointing System and (One Guild Winner Only)

10. CHANGE SCHOOL is disabled during event

11. Schedule Time : Club War at 9:00PM only.

12. Guilds must finish the event until the end to claim the rewards.

13. Guild Leaders / Representative must send a screenshot of attendance of their party (must be inside the Trd E-room)
