Calling me in the middle of the night because our house was nearly destroyed by an earthquake
We did our due diligence in researching everything about the location
We went back to the site several times in different weather conditions to see if the house would show signs of poor planning and construction
Unfortunately, nothing came up and everything was OK
Until an earthquake hit
