Eto ang magagawa mo na din sa bahay bagay sa handaan, kasama ng palabok at pansit.

Ingredients for P**o Special:
Mixture A
1 1/2 Cup Cake Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water

Mixture B (Meringue)
4 Eggwhites
1/4 Cup Sugar

***NO CAKE FLOUR??
Substitute here for 1 1/2 Cake Flour
1 1/2 Cup APF (All Purpose Flour) MINUS 3 TABLESPOON
+
3 TABLESPOON Cornstarch

Pudding
8 pcs Bread
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Regular Can Condensed Milk
250 ml All Purpose Cream or Whip Cream
3 Whole Eggs
3 Eggyolks

Steam for 20 to 25 minutes.
