This Salad Symphony Buffet at @westinmanila is so timely after the indulgence we allowed ourselves this past holiday or shall I say “Eating Season” lol

I swear my jaw was sore after all the munching mostly meat or Lechon or cochinillo washed down with wine then finished off with something sweet like Leche flan, fruit salad or cake.

I can just hear my body sighing with relief at my first mouthful of greens & hummus haha

Enjoyed how fresh the vegetables & greens were and how varied the selections of toppings, anti pasti & dressings were all for P880 only from Mondays- Thursdays 6pm onwards.

Don’t forget to check out their EAT WELL ALA CARTE Menu too. The Chickrn breast atop the delicious Adlai along with Sisig Tofu are a must try. So good!

Mall just opened so took advantage of having the coffee shop all to myself.
Peace & quiet with scrumptious waffle sandwiches to pig out on washed down with Bo’s delicious & best selling Cold White Brew, made for an awesome way to kickstart the week

There was this 24/7 ramen place in Dotonbori we were curious about because there’s always a long queue of people patiently waiting their turn to get in.
*
One day after our trip in Nara, we passed by the resto again. It was around 8 pm and the line was relatively short. Took the chance & lined up without knowing what’s in store for us lol
*
It was a 12 seater resto by the bar/kitchen. No tables. Too cramped.
*
And then saw this chef/cook lifting slabs of pork from a huge pot. So this is the star of the show.
*
My sons ordered the slab ramen. I hesitated because I knew I can not finish that bowl all by my lonesome and I hate wasting food. So I ordered the usual basic & pedestrian ramen with gyoza Pero masarap naman

So you can imagine my regret when my sons’ orders were served huhuhu.
*
Limited Ang shots ko because obviously the boys were tired and ravenous and raring to demolish that gargantuan slab of protein pronto
*
Lesson learned:
Order the star of the menu always . There are 3 sons and a husband anyway to take care of left overs if any LOL ♥️🥰
Mababaw lang ang kaligayahan ko. Minsan butter lang on bread na sakto yung lambot like @redribbonbakeshop’s Classic White Bread, happy na ako🥰

Today I had the bread for breakfast & lunch. Baka nga pati dinner. Once I start eating #redribbonclassicwhitebread , it is so very difficult to stop. Yes kaya ko isang loaf Ikaw din ba? Lol

Of course ready din ako with various homemade filling like tuna, chicken, egg sandwich & Meron din Nutella & peanut butter & jelly. Super Sarap talaga mag pigout with Red Ribbon Classic White bread!
