Rainy Monday, everyone 🌧️

Sharing this story of mine to inspire standing up on your own feet.

We grew up na hirap sa buhay. Though, may mga tita and tito kame na may kaya sa buhay.

Back then, I have to work for my needs (school fees and other stuff). Nag kasambahay, naging writer (tagasulat ng thousands of water bills 🤪), naging tindera sa Baclaran at canteen ng mga tita ko. That time, masama loob ko sa kanila. Sabi ko pamangkin naman nila ako pero bakit ganun? Bakit pinapahirapan pa nila ako para may pang school ako. Little did I know, they are just preparing me sa totoong buhay. Gusto nilang maging independent ako. Ayaw nilang lumaki akong palaasa at palahingi. And I am thankful for it, I am thankful na hinulma nila ako kung sino man ako ngayon ——— independent woman 🥹😆.

Kidding aside, huli man pero thank you titas and titos for molding me this way.

EDIT: If you have parents who can give the world to you, be thankful and don’t take it for granted. If medyo hirap, be thankful parin na may magulang kayo na gumagabay sa inyo 🤍
