Hindi ako uminom ng kape kahapon dahil medyo masakit ang lalamunan, masama ang pakiramdam at mahina ang immune system ko dahil sa monthly period. At the end of the day, lalong sumama ang pakiramdam ko dahil lalong sumakit ang ulo ko. I have no idea, I thought it is normal since I am not feeling well. At bago matulog habang nagtutupi kami ng damit ni Dada ay humigop lang ako ng kaunting kape. At voila! medyo nabawasan yung sakit ng ulo ko. Napapaisip tuloy ako kung coffee dependent na ang katawan ko. 😅
Kayo rin ba ay nakaranas ng ganito?

Kaya sa tuwing aalis kami ay may dala kaming packed lunch or any foods and drinks. ☺️🥰

Usually, ang mga parke at tourist spots dito ay may table at bench, pero kung sakaling wala ay pwede naman kaming maglatag ng sapin sa damuhan at doon magpicnic. 😋

We practice living intentionally —simple, practical, grounded, present, grateful, and happy. 🏡❤️

PS. When I was in college, lagi akong may baon hanggang sa magkawork na ako ay palagi pa rin akong may packed lunch, minsan lang ako bumili ng pagkain sa labas. Maybe, once you're practical, you'll be always practical in life. At sana ay maipasa namin ito sa anak namin. 😉

One of his favorite things to do on his own. 👷‍♀️

The first box of magnetic tiles was a gift from Tita and Tito Ouen on his second birthday. Thank you so much po! Ever since then, he has loved building different things using his imagination. 🧲

More than that, we've seen so much growth over time. From being cranky and impatient whenever his tiles accidentally fell down, he has become more tenacious, focused, and determined to finish whatever he sets out to build. And after all his hard work, he's always so proud of his creations.❤️

The best part? Seeing how happy and excited he is to show them to us. 🥹❤️ He literally drags us into his room just to show us his latest masterpiece. 😂

Sharing our little conversation that I think helps encourage him even more. ☺️

Watching him grow not just in creativity, but also in patience, perseverance, and confidence, is such a joy. Little moments like these remind us that play really is one of the best ways children learn. ❤️
