Team bahay ulit for this weekend. 😁
Kaunting ubo't sipon na lang ang meron si Xexe, hindi na nilalagnat. Pero this time ay nahawaan na rin kami ni Dada. Masakit sa ulo ang sipon tapos ginagaya pa ni Xexe yung pag-ubo at pagbahing ko. 😅
Karaniwan dito ang carrier ng ganitong sakit ay bata dahil madaling magkahawaan from school. Cold season kaya they considered na normal lang yung ganito. More on fluids, avoid sweets and calpol lang if may lagnat ang palaging reseta ng doktor. Basta kayang pababain ng calpol ang lagnat ay no need to visit the doctor again. ☺️

2024 was definitely not my year 😉

Yep. 2024 was not my year but still, I am grateful. 🥹

I’ve been a career woman since high school, a breadwinner since college, and I’ve always dreamed of better lives for my siblings. I’ve helped them in my own way, encouraging them to use their skills and hard work to earn more. But this year was hard because I felt like I could’ve done more if I had an income. Even so, I chose to support my parents with what I had, though deep down, I wish I could give them more. 🥺

2024 was not my year ---we didn’t buy any property this year. Instead, we used part of our savings to help my in-laws build their retirement home. It was a tough decision since we just migrated. I let Geocel work out a budget since we couldn’t cover all the costs, and it wasn’t something he had planned for this year. Thankfully, it's finished through the help of their family. 🏠

2024 was not my year ---there were so many problems that I did not expect. We flew back home for my family to feel and realize that I'm still there trying my best to understand and help them to straighten things up. In God's grace, eventhough I was just there for couple of weeks, healing and forgiveness started to take place. 🙏

2024 was not my year --- it's a year of overthinking and procrastination. I failed job interviews, started and gave up on new ventures, and lost confidence in myself. But I also realized that being a stay-at-home mom, especially with a toddler, is a privilege and an important role. 🥰

2024 was not my year ---halfway through the year, I stopped “mothering” my husband. Yep. I decided it’s time for him to take full responsibility for his actions and plans. He’s the man, and we’re both adults. It’s not my job to teach him what to do and what to care. Hopefully, he grows emotionally and socially next year—on his own effort. 😅

2024 was not my year ---but it's the year when my husband learned driving skills that lead us to many beautiful places. 🚗

2024 may not have been my year, but I’m grateful for everything—the lessons, the growth, and the hope for better days ahead. 🤍🤍🤍

My latest project 🥰

This is my first time to have a tall Christmas tree at home.❤️
It was a childhood dream.🎄
Since, yung kasya lang dati sa bahay namin noong bata pa ako ay yung super mini Christmas tree na nilalagay lang sa table. Then, noong first three years namin ni Geocel ay hindi muna kami nag-invest dito dahil may ibang priority and not yet settled pa with the place. 😉

This is not yet finish but I'm getting there soon. Either big or small, cheers to our happiness. 🥂

For this year, chic pink is my choice. The combination of pink, white and silver decorations gives a soft look and represents my 2024 ---calm and at peace despite the inner storm. ☺️

Aba, first time mag-aya si mister tapos biglaan pa. 😉 After naming i-drop si Xexe sa playschool ay naghanap agad sya ng malapit na cafe. It was a quick coffee date since breaktime nya lang from work. 😂

Part2 : Xexe's pre-birthday photoshoot in the Philippines last October 🥰

On his first birthday ay kami-kami lang at pure D-I-Y lang since we were faraway from home and new to Cork. Kaya noong nagkaroon ng pagkakataon na makauwi ay we made sure na magkaroon sya ng photoshoot. 📸 Infairness, ang gaganda ng kuha despite na nahirapan kaming patawanin sya dahil antok at naptime nya dapat iyan. 😂

Sayang at walang behind the scenes na kuha. Yung effort naming mag-asawa ay wagas. Oa kung oa para lang mapangiti at tawa sya para sa magandang kuha. Hahaha
