Ugaliin ang paglilinis ng ating bakuran. May pamamaraan po na pwede nating gawin upang makaiwas sa sakit na Dengue. Muli po nating tandaan ang 4S KONTRA DENGUE na isinusulong ng Department of Health.

Ang 4S KONTRA DENGUE ay ang pamamaraan na isinusulong ng DOH upang labanan ang Dengue at proteksyonan ang ating sarili sa mga kagat ng lamok na nagdadala ng Dengue Virus.

1. SEARCH & DESTROY BREEDING PLACES
Hanapin at sirain ang mga bagay na puwedeng maipunan ng tubig at pamahayan at pangitlugan ng lamok.

2. SEEK EARLY CONSULTATION
Agad na komunsulta sa doktor kapag makaranas ng anumang sintomas ng Dengue.

3. SELF-PROTECTION MEASURES
Gumamit ng proteksyon laban sa kagat ng lamok tulad ng insect repellant, magsuot ng longsleeves, gumamit ng kulambo at iba pa.

4. SAY YES TO FOGGING IN TIMES OF IMPENDING OUTBREAK

Maaaring magpausok sa komunidad kung may banta ng Dengue Outbreak.
