1. What: Shooting incident
2. When: At about 8:00PM of September 26, 2022
3. Where: At House No. 14 Narra St., South Forbes Park Village, Makati City
4. Who: Victim 1. Jay Ar Tomenio, legal age, male, married, Protection Agent,, and stay-in at No. 14 Narra St., South Forbes Park Village, Makati City. (Dead on the Spot)
Victim 2. Eugene Sitjar y Bioca, 33 yrs old, male, married, Protection Agent, stay-in at same residence (DOS)
Suspect. Julius Cortez y Balasabas, 43 yrs.old, male, married, Driver Security, stay-in, with a given address at No. 18 JP Rizal Ave., Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal. (At-large)
Witnesses: 1. Bernard Saquing, 46 yrs. old, male, married, household, and stay-in at same residence; and
2. Jomar Sol, 28 yrs.old, male, single Security Guard, and stay-in at same residence.
Responding Personnel: Personnel of Ayala Sub- Station led by PLT BUTAC, SWAT Personnel led by PLT Fernandez and SWAT Personnel of MCPS.
5. How: At about 9:50 PM of September 26, 2022, this office received a telephone call from Station Tactical Operation Center (STOC) informing an alleged shooting incident that transpired at above- cited DTPO. Upon receipt of the said information, on- case investigator together with PLT Cantillon, PEMS Caramat, PMSg Gallero and PSSg Ganzon on- board MC K-02 proceeded at the said place to conduct a spot investigation.
Upon arrival thereat, one (1) Alexander Roca, 55 yrs.old, male, Realty Developer and a family friend of the owner of the said residence, averred that he received a call from one of the helper informing that a shooting incident transpired inside their residence.
Initial inquiry revealed that said shooting resulted to the death of two (2) Protection Agent inflicted by their Driver Security identified as Julius Cortez.
Further inquiry from witness Bernard Saquing, informed responding investigators that suspect was drunk and asking for his viand, thereafter he heard a successive gun shots hitting the above victims that resulted to their instantaneous death.
After the shooting suspects fled from unknown direction and a continuous manhunt operation being undertaken by SWAT and TMRU personnel of this Station for possible arrest of the perpetrator.
At about 11:04PM of same date, SOCO- SPD led by PSSg Joseph Pataui arrived at the crime scene and conduct technical aspect of the investigation (Case No. SPD-FU-G-083-22), wherein they recovered two (2) Firearm cartridge case (FCC), three (3) fired bullet, and one (1) deformed metal jacket from a suspected .9MM Caliber.
Initial cursory conducted on the body of victim Sitjar, who sustained one gunshot wound on his head while victim Tomenio sustained one (1) gunshot wound on his side waist.
Thereafter, the cadaver of the victims were brought to an accredited SOCO-SPD funeral parlor for autopsy examination.
Spot investigation concluded at about 1:35AM of September 27, 2022.
