Responsibilities of a Service Associate:
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations office for projects and other tasks
• Write copy for various channels such as social media, video, and print
• Edit and proofread the copy to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs
• Conduct social media marketing strategies
• Accomplish other administrative tasks given by the executives
Responsibilities of an Operations Manager:
• Manage a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
• Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
• Manage and improve proprietary tools and systems
• Oversee materials, expenses, and inventory
• Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
