G11 Volleyball Tournament - 🏐✨

Reflecting on the fantastic Grade 11 volley tournament STI held on Saturday, I have to say I'm thrilled with these shots! I went out of my usual vintage style edits to experiment with a more vibrant color palette in editing, and I think it turned out great hehe ヘ⁠(⁠￣⁠ω⁠￣⁠ヘ⁠)

Anyways, The energy and enthusiasm from everyone involved really shine through in these photos. Watching our classmates and batchmates give it their all on the court was inspiring, and capturing those moments was a blast. Can't wait to share more of these vibrant captures! STI Legazpi - SHS Expo 2024 ✨

Reminiscing about the photos from our most recent SHS Expo held this year, and I have to say, the food vendors absolutely stole the show! Everything was delicious and incredibly reasonably priced... a true win-win for my fat-ass. (⁠─⁠.⁠─⁠|⁠|⁠）

But beyond the delicious food, a huge congratulations goes out to all the amazing Grade 12 students who presented their entrepreneurship projects! Your hard work and dedication truly shone through, and you all did a fantastic job. Seeing your success makes me even more excited to take on this challenge myself next year! (⁠~⁠￣⁠³⁠￣⁠)⁠~

AniGaiden XII: Resurgence 💫

Here are a bunch of photos from AniGaiden last weekend. I didn't have time to fully edit them right after the event, but I finally managed to get some work done and plan a proper post.

Anyways, Thank you again, AniGaiden, for giving me the opportunity to document the event. Even though I wasn't equipped with the right gear for the tight space in the venue, I'm glad I had this chance. And of course, thank you to all the cosplayers for taking the time to pose for me. You all truly rock!

Makima - 征服の悪魔

Roughly about a week ago, I got asked by my buddy Yeb if I was interested in photographing his version of a gender-bent Makima (from chainsaw man) and of course... I was all aboard! Huhu (⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)

Initially, I felt slightly nervous since it was a Nighttime photoshoot, but after some trial and error with my lighting set-up, I got the hang of it. The experience turned out to be quite enjoyable aswell. (⁠*⁠´⁠ω⁠｀⁠*⁠)

The school yesterday was drenched in shades of purple and pink, As we honored the spirit of womanhood at STI! Our vibrant colors symbolized unity and empowerment of the essence of femininity.

We also had a lively Zumba session, bidding adieu to stress through the joy of dancing. However, the air was a bit too humid for me to join, so I took photos instead... huhu 😅✨

Night Walkers 🌙

Recently tried out my new defuser in a pitch black parking-lot, and I'm genuinely pleased with how the photos turned out. Now I'm just on the lookout for a sturdy mounting stand to enhance the light's stability 🫠

Anyhow special thanks to the people I met there for being great models and keeping the cheerful atmosphere while I adjusted things. Really enjoyed capturing these with you guys, especially Reannah's photos! 🥹✨

"Conquering demons with a smile" -Troy

Weekends with my goofball friend, turned into a spontaneous photo-walk session inside of SM Mall Legapzi.... 🥺✨

Honestly, the variety within the mall was quite unique. I captured a lot of creative angles and perspectives during this shoot, and for the first time, I discovered some great spots! My creativity was basically skyrocketing!! lol 🤣

Went venturing through the city streets alongside my friend Jhay-An Amor Last week, and we went on a creative challenge, each armed with a 50mm lenses, we walked around the city taking photos.... 😆

It was a lighthearted competition, of course, and while I playfully claim victory because, well.... I'm He/him, I'll leave the final judgment to you all with a chuckle! Haha

Red pill or blue pill? 💊

So... A while back, I snagged these LED fill lights and decided to put them to the test. I recruited my buddy Tatsu as my model, and the results were surprisingly alright! They excel in low-lit settings, giving your subjects a pop of color on their faces. However, they might not be the best fit for bright locations or outdoor portrait sessions.

Regardless, I'm cool with it. Only reason I snagged these lights was specifically for product photography, not for fancy portraits, lol. 🤣✨
