• Job Description:
• We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a wide range of administrative and office support tasks, while working independently with little or no supervision.
• Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
• Maintain electronic and paper records, including confidential documents
• Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars
• Create and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies
• Organize and maintain office filing system
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
• Qualifications:
• College Graduate. Business Administration or Journalism Preferred
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
