THE LPA IS FORECAST TO MOVE GENERALLY WEST NORTHWESTWARD TOWARDS THE EASTERN PORTION OF VISAYAS OR MINDANAO. THE PROBABILITY OF THIS WEATHER DISTURBANCE TO DEVELOP INTO A TROPICAL DEPRESSION REMAINS LESS LIKELY. HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND AREAS IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS, THE LPA WILL BRING MODERATE TO HEAVY WITH AT TIMES INTENSE RAINS OVER BICOL REGION, EASTERN VISAYAS, AND CARAGA. MEANWHILE, LIGHT TO MODERATE WITH AT TIMES HEAVY RAINS WILL BE EXPERIENCED OVER THE REST OF VISAYAS, NORTHERN MINDANAO, DAVAO REGION, AND ROMBLON.
