| The College OJT Coordinators conducts a week-long monitoring and checking of booklets among the CHM Seniors having their national On-the-job Training on the different hotels and restaurants.

This is conducted to make sure of the safety and progress of the trainees in completing the targets listed in their practicum booklets.

| The filing of Certificates of Candidacy for the CSC Elections 2024 has been extended until 12:00 noon tomorrow, May 9th.

This extension comes after the number of aspirants who filed their COCs did not meet the minimum number required.

However, those who have already filed for candidacy will still proceed with their interviews with the Campus Electoral Board tomorrow at 10:00 am.

𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐀𝐕𝐑𝐀𝐒𝐔𝐂 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭

LAL-LO, Cagayan - Pelican solo classical guitarist, Aaron John Galvan landed second place in the Instrumental Solo Classical Guitar during the Cagayan Valley Regional Association of State Universities and Colleges (CAVRASUC) Athletic Meet and Culture and the Arts Festival held today, April 3, 2024.

Galvan, third-year Bachelor of Hospitality Management (BSHM) student was declared as the champion during the University Meet last January 8-11, 2024, at Cagayan State University (CSU) Andrews Campus.

"I can say that I'm pleased with my performance. It was a rewarding experience that deepened my love for music even more," Galvan said.

He also added that he is grateful for the opportunity to showcase his talent.

John Kay Aguirre and Mark Gregory Asejo, coaches of Galvan, showed their support and expressed how proud they are as Galvan secured the 2nd place and to the support of CHM and the whole CSU Lal-lo.

"...nakakaproud kasi so near to get to the top place (...) lahat ng pagod at sakripisyo namin from the very beginning ay bumunga ng maganda. Pagbubutihin pa next year para mas makuha na ang 1st place," coach Aguirre stated.

The event is hosted by Quirino State University, graced by the participation of six State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) from Region II namely: Batanes State College, Philippine Normal University-North Luzon, Cagayan State University, Nueva Vizcaya State University, Isabela State University, and Quirino State University. #
