A 19-year old man was nabbed in Marikina City after he and two other male relatives allegedly raped his 7-year old sister.
According to a 24 Oras report by Emil Sumangil on Tuesday, an arrest warrant was issued against suspect alias “Tugo”, his cousin and uncle.
Tugo was nabbed by police at his workplace, a meat shop in Marikina.
The two other suspects remain at large.
The suspect denied the accusations. “Wala ako nang mangyari ang krimen… Nasa Maynila po,” Tugo said.
Police took the opportunity to remind the public to be vigilant and to report any untoward incident against family members.
“Bantayan natin ang ating mga anak. Huwag sana silang matakot dahil andito naman tayo na pwedeng tutulong sa kanila,” said CIDG – DSOU Chief Police Lieutenant Colonel Dave Toktokan.

Ayon sa fire volunteer na si Kai Alfonso, masakit para sa kanila ang sinapit ni Oliver na apat na taon nilang nakasama sa trabaho.
"Masakit po para sa amin lalo na ang tagal po ng pinagsamahan namin. Almost 4 years na po kami magkakasama. May dalawang bahay pa kasi nasusunog sa loob pagtawid namin ng ikalawang bahay, dun namin narinig 'yung pagcollapse ng isang buong bahay tapos akala namin walang patient na nandun pag-ikot namin may natrap pala na isang kasamahan namin," sabi ni Alfonso.
Agad pumunta sa ospital ang mga kaanak, pero hindi na nila naabutang buhay si Oliver.
"Kasi ang kwento lamang sa amin, sabi ng anak ko fifty fifty na. Pagdating namin dito nire-revive na siya. Hindi ko kabisado ang kwento, ang sabi lang pumasok sa nasusunog. Apat ata sila siya, 'yung huli siya 'yung nabagsakan. Basag ang helmet," sabi ni Mercedes Pascual, kaanak ni Oliver.
