😍 COFFEE TURONES😋

Ingredients:
•2 sachet of 3 in 1 coffee (any brand)
•Lumpia wrapper (Small)
•1 1/2 cup of flour
•1 1/2 cup of water
•2 tbsp of sugar
•2 tbsp of margarine

Procedure:
1. Ilagay ang tubig sa kawali at sindihan ang apoy.
2. Ilagay ang asukal at 3 in 1 coffee.
3. Haluin hanggang malusaw ang kape.
4. Sunod na ilagay ang margarine. Haluin.
5. Kapag kumulo ilagay ang flour ng dahan dahan at patayin ang apoy.
6. Haluin ito hanggang mag buo na parang dough.
7. Tupiin ang wrapper sa apat at gupitin.
☆Ang magiging shape dapat ng wrapper ay triangle.
8. Mag tunaw ng harina da tubig.
9. Mag lagay ng mixture sa wrapper at isarado ito gamit ang tinunaw na harina.
10. Mag painit ng mantika.
11. Kapag mainit na, simulan nang mag prito.
12. Pag golden brown na ang kulay, luto na.

ENGLISH VERSION

SALTED EGG OR ITLOG NA MAALAT

Ingredients :

8 fresh duck (or chicken eggs)
4 cups water
1-1/2 cups salt

Instructions:

Carefully place the eggs in a small mouth jar (or glass) container with a lid. Make sure not to get tiny cracks. Set is aside.

In a saucepan, fill in with the water and bring to boil. Add the salt gradually and stir until the salt is completely dissolves. Remove from heat and set aside to completely cool.

Pour the cooled salted water over the eggs in the bottle, make sure the eggs are completely submerged in the water.

Cover it tightly and store the container in a dark place for at least 3 weeks. (To test the saltiness of the egg, take out one egg from the container after 13 days. Boil the egg over high heat for 30 minutes (salted eggs takes more time to cook than regular eggs).

Let cool for a few minutes and peel the shell and taste.

If you like the saltiness of the egg, you may now take out the other eggs from the container and boil them.

Let them cool and store in the refrigerator. But, if you want the eggs to be more salty to taste, you can leave the salted eggs in the container for another 2 weeks.

Lumpiang sariwa recipe

Ingredients:
6 to 8 pieces Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Fresh Lumpia Filling Ingredients

10 ounces extra firm tofu fried and cubed
1/2 cup small shrimp shell removed
1 Knorr Shrimp Cube
1/2 head medium cabbage chopped
3/4 cup green beans sliced crosswise
1 medium carrot julienne
1 cup sweet potato cubed
3 tablespoons parsley chopped
1 medium white onion chopped
2 garlic minced
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1/2 cup water
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons cooking oil

Fresh Lumpia Wrapper Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup cooking oil or cooking oil spray
Lumpia Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 tablespoon cornstarch

Procedure:
Saute bawang, sibuyas then ilagay na po mga gulay hanggang maluto

Yong wrapper naman po mix lang po yong ingredients, pag soft na, gumamit ng non stick frying pan, magpahid or mag spray muna ng oil sa kawali ilagay yong desired amount ng mixture and then ikot ikutin yong kawali para kumalat yong mixture, low fire lang po.

Sa sauce naman. Ilagay sa isang kaserola ang tubig sugar, minced garlic, toyo. Pagkulo saka ilagay ang cornstarch Hanggat makuha ang gustong lapot ng sauce.

BANANA CHIPS
Ings.
3 kilos Saging saba (hilaw)
1 kilo cooking oil

Ings. For solution
2 cups sugar
1 cup water

Procedure for syrup
Ilagay ang sugar sa pitcher na may takip
Dahandahan ilagay ang tubig, takpan at e shake hanggang matunaw lahat ng sugar; or until it becomes transparent

PROCEDURE:

1. Balatan ang saging at ilagay sa baldi na may tubig.
2. E slice ang saging ng manipis, hiwahiwalayin para hindi dumikit.
3. Magpainit ng oil, I preto ang saging, haluin ng haluin hanggang mg dilaw ang kulay
4. Hainin at ilagay sa colander at e transfer sa big mixing bowl

NEXT
1. Lagyan ng syrup ang pretong saging haluhaluin hanggang sipsipin ng saging ang syrup.
2. Pag alam mona na absorbed na ang syrup. Ibalik pag preto, haluhaluin hanggang mag brown brown lang .
3. Hainin ipatulo ang oil palamigin ( huwag sa fridge) balutin na.

Sangkap:
3 cups glutinous rice (malagkit)
1 and 1/2 cups water
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
3 cups coconut milk (gata)
3/4 teaspoon salt

dahon ng saging/ banana leaves pahiran po ng kaunting mantika (pangsapin sa bilao or basket or serving platter/baking dish) upang hindi dumikit sa ilallim ang biko.

Paraan ng pagluluto:

1) Pagsamahin ang malagkit, tubig, brown sugar, white sugar, coconut milk at asin sa isang malaking kaldero.

2) Gamit ang medium heat, haluing maigi ang mixture hanggang matuyuan ng tubig at gata. Haluin ito hanggang ang malagkit ay malambot at luto na. Tikman lamang if wala ng lasang bigas or wala ng matigas na bigas.

3) I-transfer po natin ang nalutong malagkit sa isang lalagyan aluminum pan or baking dish na may dahon ng saging. Pantayin maigi ang pagkakalapat ng biko.

4. Hayaan itomg lumamig, upang mag set o bahagyang tumigas ang biko.

5) Pwede ninyo na po syang lagyan ng latik or panutsa sauce.

Paraan ng pag gawa ng Sauce:

1/2 – 2/3 Panutsa (cane sugar cut into pieces) kung wala po e brown sugar na lang
1 can coconut milk

Note:

*Sa isang sauce pan ilagay po natin ang coconut milk, ihalo po natin ang tinadtad ng cane sugar or panutsa medium heat po, haluin po ng mabuti hanggang maging caramel or lumapot na po sya.

P**O CHEESE

Ingredients:

1 klo cake flour
2cup white sugar
5 cups water
1 tbsp.vanilla
5 pcs eggs
4 pcs/pack of 33grams birch tree
1/2 cup cooking oil
1pack calumet 50grms. (Baking powder)
1box eden cheese

Procedure:

Mix all dry ingredients tulad ng cake flour, powder milk, at calumet, salain at set aside..mix nman sa ibang lagayan yung mga liquid like tubig, eggs, cooking oil, at vanilla. Saka ibuhos yung dry ingredients and then mix.,.Salain ulit,saka ilagay na sa mga p**o molder pwede nyung pahiran ng oil yung molder, pwede ding hindi na kasi may oil nadin nman yung batter. Magpakulo na ng tubig, at saka muna isalang kapag kulong kulo na ang tubig.

📌12 minutes steaming, tapos 2 minutes bago ko binuksan ang steamer pagkahango, then palamig ng kunti bago tanggalin sa molder.

📌Medium side of molder

📌110 pcs nagawa, pero unang salang medyo puno yung molder, yung huli mga kalahati nalang.

PS: pang sarili lang po ito kaya hindi masyadong matamis instead of 4 cups 2 cups lang po nilagay kung Sugar.
