My dinner today
🥣Oatmeal with almond milk
🍎2 pcs apple

Kanina, habang nasa labas kami, nakakita ako ng street foods na tinda sa basketball court.

Sa isip ko ay gustong gusto ko bumili at kumain pero dahil nagdecide ako na magpagamot ay kelangan ko din tulungan ang katawan ko to prepare for the upcoming treatment dahil hindi iyon basta basta at dapat nasa kondisyon ang katawan.

Hindi madaling magpigil pero kung anong mas makakabuti sakin ngayon ay yun dapat ang sundin.

Pag uwi, nagprepare ako ng oatmeal, nilagyan ko ng mainit na tubig na sakto lang para maluto ang oats tsaka ko dinagdagan ng almond milk. Nagbalat at naghiwa din ako ng 2 pcs na apple.

Nabusog naman ako😊

Galingan mo heart ko🫀

Sharing some random thoughts coming from a woman who's facing health difficulty right now. Someone might need to read this.

1. Pray for wisdom and courage🙏

2. Identify the problem- Acceptance is the key. Good or bad. Atleast alam mo na kung saan ka magsisimula.🔍🕵️‍♀️

3. In this trying times, kelangan talaga na may strong support system ka. Sila ang magiging drive mo to win the battle. I am blessed with a supportive family, friends, officemates and peers. I can't thank you all enough🥰

4. Study your disease.😷 Be proactive to consult a doctor. Do your research so you can make an informed decision.

5. Do it now.🩺 If may needed lab test or additional tests that can make the medication smoothly. Go do it! Lalo na kapag oras na ang kalaban mo.

6. Believe na gagaling ka In Jesus name.🙏
