You'll want to keep your business going.🙋‍♀️ Right? We all know it's not easy. BUT having the proper stance can keep you going. 😊

⚡What mindset should an entrepreneur like YOU have? ⚡

There are five attributes that you can check if it applies to you:

✅ Decisiveness – Be quick yet firm in making decisions. Let's set an example, your choosing which supplier to pick. You won't have all the time; taking too long to decide can put your business at risk.

✅Confidence – Be confident. If you're not confident enough about your product or service, so will others. You will not be able to market your product well if you're not optimistic about its benefit.

✅ Accountability – Be responsible. Whether it's good or bad actions you have made, be accountable for them. As an entrepreneur, you will shoulder everything, both triumph and failure.

✅ Resilience – Be able to recover quickly. We all make mistakes, but we should keep in mind there will always be room for learning. Learn from it and come back stronger.

✅ Humility – Be humble. Have the humility to stay footed and not be arrogant once you accomplish something. This is a significant factor in your entrepreneurial mindset.

Announced last July, 📣 Facebook will launch a Feeds tab so that users can ensure they're spotting new posts from friends, Groups and the Pages they follow as they appear chronologically. "One of the most requested features for Facebook is to make sure people don't miss friends' posts," Mark Zuckerberg says. 💭

💬 According to Matt Navarra, a social media consultant, these are the changes happening:

🔹Mostly Reels+Stories
🔹Algorithmic sort
🔹Lots of 'Recommend' posts

🤔 In my personal opinion, I like the New FEED feature as I can see updates from my friends and family alone. 🙋‍♀️ As a Social Media Manager, the Home Feed tab is sweet. Updates to the trending posts can now be visible. ✨ This change can help brands become more visible to non-followers. It can also help creators to have better engagement and reach. ⚡

Facebook adopting changes in the social media space is no surprise. 😊 They have to do updates to step up their game to remain on the top.

This may look old school, BUT it works best. 👍 If you notice, people give honest reviews to their peers, whether good or bad.

🍗 A middle-aged lady bought a fried chicken from a Brand T. It was her first purchase. Coincidentally, a gathering at the lady's house could make or break Brand T.

Imagine the lady having dinner with her relatives. 🙋‍♀️ One of her cousins said, "Oh. This chicken tastes good." and asked the lady where she bought it.

That can make additional consumers or repeated consumers.

BUT...

It can be the other way around. 😱

They didn't like it. Worst case, the news spread on social media. 📲

🙌 Consumers tend to share their experience with a brand with the people around them, especially if the experience is terrible.

So, more brands bank on customers' reviews as proof of a good product or service. 💫 Gathering many lovely stories can be included in the brand's social media marketing.

Besides making a product beneficial to consumers, spreading good reviews can help market the brand. 🔥

Many are not yet familiar with which sizes to use on every platform. 👀 Most starting small business owners are unaware of the right size to use.

There is no perfect feed, but you can make it pleasing. 📲 Having the right size can make the post look good.

When I was new to social media like Instagram, I had NO IDEA what image sizes would fit. 🤫 It didn't matter to me before because I usually post whatever I liked, and it gets cropped. 😅

😁 As for you, it shouldn't be the case; having a good feed is a plus. ⚡ See the image to check the size chart I made for different social media platforms; they are in pixels. It also includes recommended sizes for Twitter and LinkedIn.

First, calm down. I know it can be overwhelming, BUT you cannot do better if you panic. I have been there, and it didn't do me any good. 😉

I'll share what I do that you can try. ✨

Are you stuck in caption writing?
Inhale and exhale. 🙌 Take 5 minutes off your laptop.
Go outside and breathe some fresh air. I do other stuff in the meantime, like washing dishes or sweeping the floor. (It might sound funny, but it works for me.) This helps me refresh my mind. 🧠

😭 Unable to find inspiration for your next design?
I open my Spotify and listen to music. 🎶 Play one song and feel the lyrics. Next, I check my Instagram (or Pinterest) and browse. Who knows, you may find the inspiration for your next design. 😌

Have some personal issues you don't know how to handle?
Cry. I mean it.🥲 Cry it out, but not for too long. Crying helps me vent out my frustrations. And breathe.

Did you know? 😲 Facebook started way back in 2004, and since then, the application users have grown bigger and bigger. Among the popular social media platforms, the application has the most users.

As of March 2022, it has 1.96 Billion users on a daily average and 2.94 Billion monthly; that is quite a number. Isn’t it? 😮 On the advertising side, according to Meta, the app has more than 2 Billion audiences. These numbers can be a good note for marketers since they’ll have more audiences to reach. 💙

I have updated my website! 🙌 Yay! 🥳I have rebranded, and I made changes to adopt my new brand.

But this content isn't just about promoting my website. 😉 I want to share why it's essential for you as a business owner to have a website. ✨

Before I built my website, I had the same question.

WHY do I have to? 🤔

I have my social media accounts active; isn't that enough?

🙋 It may be enough, but a website will build you a strong brand.

Since I love food, I'll set pizza as an example. 🍕

🧐 You're selling Hawaiian pizza but without pineapples. You didn't like pineapples and thought it didn't make sense to include them in the Hawaiian pizza.

Yes, you can decide the ingredients for your product, BUT if you remove pineapple, you'll miss customers who want pineapples in their pizza. 🍍

📣 So, why not offer both Hawaiian with and without pizza? 😉Let your customer decide.

This has the same thoughts; as a business owner, you may miss opportunities that a website can gain you. 😁

My old brand was intended to offer service as a General Virtual Assistant. 😉 Before, I wasn’t sure what path I should take in my freelance journey, but after months of working, it made me realize that I enjoy doing tasks related to social media. ⚡When I took a Social Media Marketing course, I told myself; that this was what I wanted. 💯 ✨ Sostecial came about because I wanted something different. A brand name that does not yet exist. 💞 After many combinations of words, the best I found are social plus the first three letters of my name. 🤩 It sounded so special too.
