Snack
Salad
1/2 medium carrot/ stripped
1/2 cucumber/stripped
1/2 apple / cubes
1/2 mango / cubes
1/2 pack pineapple / tidbits
1/4 iceberg lettuce / sliced
50grs yogurt
Pinch of Salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve

Brownies with vodka
Part 1: WET
1 cup Unsalted Butter
1 cup dark chocolate
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2teaspoon Vanilla
4 medium Eggs
Part 2: DRY
3/4cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Un sweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder
1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
Part 3:
1 tsp Vegetable oil
1/4 cup vodka
Toppings:
Nuts
Almond nuts
Walnuts
Peanuts
Procedure:
In a medium heated pan put the butter and wait until half melted followed by puting the dark chocolate, brown sugar wait until all ingredients are melted then turn off the gas stove. Note donot remove from stove
While the pan is still hot, put the vanilla and eggs while constantly stirring- it should be well incorporated to the ingredients
Dry ingredients: sift flour,cocoa powder, and baking powder,add cinnamon powder, instany coffee, salt, and mix well.
Gradually add dry to wet ingredients (2 to 3 parts dry dry) continuously stirring until all dry ingredients are combined and for extra smooth and creamy add vegetable oil.
Add vodka for taste

FRUIT AND VEGIE SALAD:
1 cucumber/ stripes
100grms. lettuce leaves/ chopped
1 medium size apple/ chopped
1 medium size ripe mango/ chopped
1 small pack pineapple tidbits
50 grms. Yogurt
30 grms cream cheese
Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Teaspoon of lemon juice
Put everything in a mixing bowl and serve

Tuna -fruity spring rolls
FOR 3 PERSON
PART A: Prepare materials to be use
12 spring roll sheets over all
4 sheets / log
1 mango/ slice
1 pouch pineapple tidbits
1 can of tuna flakes in oil- well drained
50g yogurt
20g of cream cheese
6 to 9 leaves of lettuce
Pinch of salt and black pepper
PART B:
Prepare the sauce
Mix yogurt,cream cheese, salt and black pepper
Sauce is optional ( i put it inside as fillings inside the log)
Get a dining plate with water. Wet the 4 spring roll sheets and put it on flat surface.
Arrange 2 to 3 lettuce leaves, prefered amount of tuna flakes in oil, mango, pineapple tidbits and seal it like lumpia wrappings.

Tuna-Vegie balls/ fish balls
PART A:
FOOD PROCESSED:
1 whole onion
1 whole garlic
1 medium size carrot
Seasonings:
Salt
Chicken cube
Fish sauce
Pepper
1 cup flour
I can tuna flakes
1teaspoon cornstarch
1 regular tie of onion leaves-chopped
1/4 teaspoon of yeast
1 medium size egg
1 tablespoon Oil
Oil for frying
PART B
DIPPING SAUCE:
1 teaspoon oil
1 medium size onion chopped
1 teaspoon garlic minced
3/4cup water
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
Pinch of black pepper
2 teaspoons cornstarch diluted in 3 tablespoons water
-Mix all ingredients in a food processor and process until fully incorporated, smooth and sticky
Transfer mixture in a bowl then cover with plastic wrap and set aside to rest for about 30 mins to 1 hour
Use an oiled scooper and make a mixture into a ball and directly drop it in hot oil. Do the same procedure with the rest of the mixture and wait until prefer golden brown .
Brown Dipping Sauce:
In a hot pan, pan sauté onion and garlic until translucent and aromatic.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and frequently stir the mixture.
Bring mixture to a boil until thick.

LUMPIANG NORI/ Ayam
7 Nori wraps
1 carrot
1 Potato
1 egg
1 white onion
1 k**r cube chicken
1/2 cup corn starch
300 gms chicken breast
Garlic
Salt
Sugar
Oyster sauce
Onion leaves
Pepper
Oil
Ilagay ang lahat ng ingredients sa food processor maliban sa nori sheets
Gilingin hanggang madurog lahat ng ingredients
Kumuha ng nori sheets
Ilatag sa lamesa at mag lagay ng giniling at e roll na parang mga troso..
Ulitin lang hanggang matapos
Gupitin ng maliliit ayon sa ninanais na laki
Pwedeng tatlo hanggang limang hati kada troso
Mag timpla ng cornstarch sa tubig
Mag painit ng mantika sa kawali
Isawsaw ang nori na may palaman sa cornstarch na may tubig at ilagay sa mainit na kawali
Hintayin maging golden brown at hanguin
Pwedeng gumawa ng sauce ayon sa iyong ninanais na panlasa
