CAUAYAN CITY- Binigyang parangal ang sampung (10) bayan sa Isabela bilang High Functional Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (ADAC's) of Region II.

Ito ay matapos ang isinagawang 2024 Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Audit ng Department of Interior and Local Government(DILG) para sa CY 2024.

Kabilang sa mga bayan na ginawaran ay ang bayan ng Echague, Gamu, Jones, Luna, Maconacon, Delfin Albano, Mallig, Naguilian, Palanan, at Quezon.

Ang naturang parangal ay nakamit dahil sa pinaigting na kampanya ng mga otoridad at mga opisyal laban sa iligal na droga sa kanilang nasasakupan.

𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Nakataas na ang TCWS No. 3 sa mga bayan ng Dinapigue at Palanan, habang ang iba pang lugar sa Isabela ay nananatiling nasa ilalim ng TCWS No. 2.

Maaaring mag-landfall ang bagyo sa Isabela o Northern Aurora bukas ng umaga o hapon, ayon sa PAGASA.

Ang pinakamataas na signal ng hangin na maaaring itaas sa pagdaan ni ay TCWS No. 4.

After making landfall in Palanan, Isabela late Monday, Tropical Depression was last spotted in the vicinity of Alicia, Isabela, 4:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 17.

Apart from 21 provinces, the northern portions of Metro Manila, Rizal, and Bataan have also been under Wind Signal No. 1.

TD will emerge over the West Philippine Sea before midday Tuesday.

It may intensify into a tropical storm before exiting the Philippine area of responsibility early Wednesday.

Wind Signal No. 1 is up over the following areas:

-northern portion of Metro Manila (Quezon City, Caloocan City, City of Valenzuela, City of Malabon, City of Navotas, City of Marikina, City of Manila, City of San Juan, City of Mandaluyong)
-Cagayan including Babuyan Islands
