Edwardian volunteers, PTA officers, teachers, and school leaders planted mangrove trees in Noveleta, Cavite, to mitigate the effect of flooding in the area.
The school's annual event is in accordance with Section 8 of Republic Act No. 10176, or the Arbor Day Act of 2012, which mandates that all able-bodied citizens of the Philippines, aged twelve (12) and above, must plant one (1) tree every year.

The first movement against unjust working conditions and the lack of equal rights for women took place in New York City on March 8, 1857. It was one of the first formal strikes by working women, and they demanded a shorter workday and fair pay.
Likewise, on the 8th of March in 1908, female workers from the needle trades protested in the streets of the Lower East Side to fight against child labor, oppressive working conditions, and the lack of women's right to vote.
Beginning in 1910, March 8 has been observed and celebrated International Women's Day.
With that, this March, the SES Publications formally launches a youth-driven journalism series entitled, "HER: What it means to be a Woman".

Students are significantly affected with the increasing day to day needs. How do students manage their expenses? Edwardian Quill journalist James Christian Bautista explores how Yzabella Armado, Edwardian Senior High, cope with the effects of inflation.
The mobile documentary won as the First Runner-Up in the recently held Elevate 11: Student Journalism Workshops and Competition conducted by the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

CMMA is the country's most prestigious Catholic award-giving body in print, radio, television, and online.
The school publication of St. Edward School, Lancaster New City will receive its second CMMA 'rock' during the 44th CMMA on November 23.
