✅MT. GUITING-GUITING/TRAVERSE Plus Cresta De Gallo side trip
March 24-28, 2023

MT. Guiting-Guiting (2,058+)
Sibuyan Island, Romblon
Entry point: Brgy. Tampayan, Madgiwang, Sibuyan Island
Exit point: Sitio Olango, San Fernando, Sibuyan Island
LLA: 12°24’50″N, 122°34’4″E, 2058 MASL
Days required / Hours to summit: 10-18 hours / 2-3 days (excluding travel)
Specs: Major climb, Difficulty 9/9, Trail class 2-5
Features: Knife-edged rocky trails, rock bouldering/scrambling, tropical forest.

I just want to say thank you sa mga porters and guides namely Dady Gabs and Kuya Romel. 💕❤️💋 They helped us conquered this mountain lalo na sa 90 degree part. Grabe legit yung kaba pag andun ka tas di mo alam san ka aapak, wrong move hello heaven ka talaga dzai!!! Sayang naka timelapse yung video ko sa 90 degree to summit so i had to slow it down and hindi rinig yung wind na medyo malakas that time mas maganda sana kung raw hahaha sayang talaga. March yan, walang bagyo or low pressure area. Mainit sa baba ng bundok. Swertihan talaga magka-clearing sa summit. This was a 3 days and 2 nights hike. Our 2nd day was the toughest climb yung pa summit tas descending to camp 1. UNLI BOULDERS. Jusko. Di kami nakapag camp 1, nag e-camp kami sa camp 3 sa sobrang pagod. We continue to descend around 3am. Nakarating kami camp 1 ng 5am sabay na kami bumaba sa group gang olango jump off. Pinaka maaga ata nakababa 9am. We reached olango jump off around 12:00 noon. Jusko dzai buti nakahabol kami for cresta de gallo and buti talaga kinaya ko tong hike na to and hindi ako nainjured. Thank you Lord😇🤘Next Video yung Cresta De Gallo🤘

Mount Apo, also known locally as Apo Sandawa, is a large solfataric, dormant stratovolcano on the island of Mindanao, Philippines. It is the highest- mountain in the Philippine and 24th-highest peak of an island on Earth. It also called The Grandfather of all Philippine mountains with an elevation of 10,311 feet above sea level. Located between Davao City and Davao del Sur in the Davao Region, and Cotabato in Soccsksargen. The peak overlooks from Davao City 45 kilometers (28 mi) to the northeast, Digos 25 kilometers (16 mi) to the southeast, and Kidapawan 20 kilometers (12 mi) to the west. It is a protected area
and a Natural Park of the Philippines.

The hardest part of climbing Nagpatong Rock formation was the decent. One wrong step and your dead. It was scary but exhilarating at the same time. Grabe lang^_^

Singalong Nature Campsite Hill

It's a nature campsite Hill located Teresa, Rizal in Antipolo City where you can experience province life for a short period of time. Perfect for escaping the busy life in the city. You will be surrounded by trees and unpaved land. There is also a peak where you can pitch your own tent or hammock, but it’s not very spacious therefore can only accommodate around a couple of tents.

How to get there:

1. Ride BUS from Cubao to Rob Antipolo or Grab car to Shopwise Antipolo
2. From Rob or Shopwise Antipolo, rent a tricycle to Brgy. May Iba Alfamart
3. Ride a tricycle going to Singalong Catholic Chapel.

HOW TO GET HERE:
Public
From Baclaran, ride a bus bound for Naic, Cavite. Get off to Petron Service Center. Then Rent Tricycle bound to Brgy. Ramirez City Hall.
Private
Use waze or Google Map.
Take CAVITEX or Aguinaldo Highway all the way to Naic, Cavite, then follow the signs to Magallanes. Ask directions for Brgy. Ramirez. Parking is available near the barangay hall.

7:00am - Start trek Mt.Marami

Being stuck at home because of pandemic made me reschedule my plans and create an itinerary for future travels. I hope everyone is healthy and safe. Soon enough we'll all be back to our normal lives and travel again.
