So many people were surprised to know that I prepare and do cooking of foods in my restaurant. Generally, people knows me as a Bombo Reporter and a Politician. But those close to me knows, I prepare every food in the table during special occasions or during my family time.

They would ask, how come you can cook. Well, I'm not a chef, I am just someone who loves food and eats delicious food especially when it is cooked by my Tatay most recipes comes from his Mom, My Lola Rosing and from experiences he had in Central Luzon as an Agriculture working student.

I can say, my skills in cooking is somewhat heridetary. In fairness my brothers do cook well too. Or let say, I just want to replicate and enhance the taste of foods that I have tried eating from places I visited.

Having a restaurant and catering is actually a dream come true. I love delicious foods. I cook as if I'm cooking for my family. I don't compromise, its home cooked at hindi tinipid.

Its simple, the food I cook reflects the joy in my heart.
