Hubon Manughabol, a group of singers and guitarists hailing from the College of PESCAR, graced the stage during the Musical Category at the College of Medicine Gym on January 25, illuminating the third day of the WVSU University Days Celebration.
Anne Marielle Lobingco, from Bachelor of Culture and Arts Education (BCAED) 3-A, skillfully strummed her guitar with passion in the Instrumental Solo, performing her OPM piece "SARUNG BANGGI" by P. Gregorio Sr. and arranged by Jose Valdez.
Additionally, Pearl Joyce Secondes of BCAED 3-A exhibited the art of singing during the vocal solo, showcasing a classical piece as she sang "Ang Mutya ng Pasig" by Nicanor Abelardo.
In line with the said event, Kylla Lambonao of BCAED 3-A, with her chosen song "Muling Buksan ang Puso" by Basil Valdez, chimed a harmonious melody during the Vocal Solo-Pop.
Alongside other participants, Homer Sigaya and Anne Marielle Lobingco of BCAED 3-A captivated the stage as the duo sang "Sana maulit muli" during the Vocal Duet - Pop.
As the curtain falls on this year's musical category, the brilliance of the College of PESCAR's talent and passion continues to resonate, leaving an enduring melody in the hearts of every PESCARIAN.

In a vocal battle echoing through MC1 and the TV lab of the College of Communication, the College of PESCAR (COP) delegates delivered an enthralling storyline during the Radio Drama and News Casting Category.
With the said event, John Dean Rogales, Sybelle Cloma, Jessa Jean Hervas, Levy Fernandez, and James Zandro Pueyo from BCAED 4-A rocked the Radio Drama with their piece "Lisua ang Makasasala," which signifies family and mother's love.
Additionally, BCAED 3-A student, Miles Dave Naciongayo, delivered his news casting with precision, highlighting the issues on local, national, and international news in three categories: Hiligaynon, Filipino, and English.

On the other hand, excitement and a pulsating atmosphere were felt at the New Academic Building Function Hall during the Quizbowl Category.
Along with other Hubons, Rogie Ken Villarin of Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED) 1-B, Mark Keanu Rho Tosino of BSESS 2-A, Noveilyn Joy Herrera of BPED 4-B, and Rexzon Valenzuela from BPED 4-A represented the college and showcased cleverness in answering questions.
The said contest comprised six categories, specifically Science, Mathematics, Literary, Social Science, Filipino, and Hiligaynon, with a total of four roundsโBeginner, Intermediate, Difficult, and Advanced.
