---Tournament General Guidelines---
*Exclusive to teams and players from the 5th District of Iloilo
*Players must present any of the following as proof of residency:

-Any government issued ID
-School ID with address
-Vaccination card with supporting ID picture

Any other documents aside from the above-mentioned samples will NOT BE ACCEPTED

* A team may be composed of players coming from the same municipality of 5th District of Iloilo or a combination from the 11 municipalities (Ajuy, Balasan, Btac. Viejo, Batad, Carles, Concepcion, Estancia, Lemery, San Dionisio, San Rafael, Sara).

*Registration fee of Php500.00 per team will be collected. Each player will then receive 100 pesos worth of Smart load.

Prizes:
Champion - Php15,000.00
1st RU - Php7,000.00
2nd RU - Php3,000.00
