Ang mga apps na ito ay paiba iba ng pangalan, dahil ILLEGAL sila. Isang Chinese ang nagmamay ari nito.
Most of them really a scam. Kahit wala kang loan sa kanila gagawan ka nila ng loan. Pwede nilang ihack ang contacts mo pagkainstall palang ng app tapos gagawa ng clone accounts, iclaiclaim na nagloan ka sakanila. Their victims should immediately report them to SEC, NBI and PNP CYBERCRIME because they are loan sharks.
They are illegal. Halata naman dahil di sila SEC registered at antaas ng interest rate nila. Wala pa silang company address. At sobrang pang harrassment na ginagawa nila sa biktima.
They are hackers so be CAREFUL! KAHIT WALA KANG LOAN KAYANG KAYA KA NILANG GAWAN NG LOAN, pagkainstall mo palang sa APP ay na HACKED na nila lahat ng contacts mo which is clearly violated DATA PRIVACY ACT.
They harass your contacts para lang magbayad ka kahit hindi ka naman nag loan which is a violation sa CIVIL CODE. Lahat ng nasa contacts niyo itetext nila! Sabihin niyo lang scam dahil scam naman talaga sila. Hindi yan titigil kung nakikita nila na takot ang mga tao dahil target talaga nila yung mga hindi marunong magreklamo at hindi gaanong informed. Huwag niyong buhayin ang LOAN sharks! Ikalat ninyo na SCAM sila at dapat iwasan para wala ng mabiktima.
For those people and friends on my contacts na na sendan din nila ng ganitong text pls be AWARE⚠️⚠️⚠️wag sagutin kapag tumawag or wag na wag mag reply dahil kapag sinagot nyo tawag nila malaki ang posibilidad na ma access din nla ang contacts mo at pwd ka din nila maging biktima if posible i block nyo don nila...For you guys sorry for the inconvinience..
Note: Some loan sharks will threaten you by saying you will be prosecuted and even sent to prison if you don't pay up. This can't happen – an unauthorized lender such as a loan shark has no legal right to recover the debt. In fact, they have no legal right to make you pay the loan back at all – because the loan is illegal...
Sa mga hindi po nakakaalam, kapag po nag-download kayo ng apps nila sa Google Play (Wala po ito sa IOS) doon nila makukuha yung contact lists sa cellphone mo. Marami pong cases yung hindi naman nangutang pero sinisingil, meron ding hindi naman nakuha yung pera kasi nagbago ng isip dahil sa malaking interest, sinisingil. Meron pong isang araw pa lang due nag text blast na po sila sa mga tao sa contact list ng cellphone mo na nakuha nila ng walang pahintulot. At sasabihin na ginawa silang contact reference kahit hindi naman. A clear violation of Data Privacy Act of 2012. Lahat po ng threats gagawin nila. Hindi po sila nadadala sa pakiusap. Bukod dito halimbawa umutang ka ng 7000 mapupunta sayo 3200 na lang kasi malaki kaltas. Plus malaki interes, at 7 days lang ang term. Hindi po ito makatao at makatarungan.
Ang issue po dito ay yung pag text blast nila sa mga taong walang kinalaman sa utang. Pamamahiya sa facebook, pagmumura, pananakot at kung ano ano pang threats. These victims can hadly sleep and eat because of the threats and humiliation these lending apps have caused them. Some are already depressed and stressed. Some lost their jobs, family and friends. May nagpakamatay na raw at nakunan. Kahit disoras ng gabi nagtatawag daw mga to using different numbers.
Marami na pong complaints ang nareceived ng National Privacy Commission. But these online lending apps are still illegaly operating in the Philippines. They need to be stopped once and for all. Marami na po silang biktima at mabibiktima pa.
I am posting this to get attention from someone higher or who has the power to help these poor victims who are continually harrassed and humiliated by these online lending apps. And to warn others not to use or try these lending apps, they will ruin your life. Lalo kayong ibabaon sa utang.
These apps are rumored to be owned by chinese, not sec registered ang karamihan at iisa lang may-ari, no business permit.
