Let's be sensitive also enough, and learn to discern of someone's true situation. Scolding or throwing pieces of advice might not help. He or she may be just need a shoulder to cry on.

So when the time comes that it’s easier to win an argument, to be mad, to give conclusions, or to make bad impressions, let’s all choose to be kind.

Here's the truth. We don't live for them. Kung ang motivation natin at nakaangkla pa rin sa mga taong nakatuon sa mali natin, nakabantay sa pagbagsak natin at pinagtatawanan ang mga desisyon natin, then we're living our lives for the wrong reasons.

Gulatin natin ang sarili natin. Pabilibin natin lalo ang mga matagal nang bilib sa kakayahan natin. Lamangan natin ang nagawa natin kahapon. Higitan natin ang limitasyon natin.

Kahit pa umunlad ka, mananatiling ayaw sa'yo ng mga taong noon pa ay ayaw na sa'yo. Pero magkamali ka man at bumagsak, mananatiling mahal ka pa rin ng mga taong noon pa man ay tapat na sa'yo.

Stop doing things for the wrong people. Again. Repeat after me. Stop doing things for the wrong people.

— Use your rest days to go out, visit a cafe alone or try new things with friends

— Learn to spend your money wisely for new experience. ‘Wag ma-guilty kung para sa pagkain, just don’t overspend.

— Ang pera babalik at babalik basta alam mo kung paano kumita, pero ang oras at edad mo eh hindi na. So go out, live your life and take a lot of pictures.

INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
400g chicken , sliced
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 medium carrot, diced
1 whole cabbage, sliced
5-6 cups water
5 pcs hotdogs, sliced
2 cup evaporated milk
500g elbow macaroni
salt and pepper to taste
