February 13- The Division of Negros Occidental held the Division School Press Conference (DSPC) at Hinigaran National High School with the theme "The Role of Campus Journalism in in Creating Champions Amidst Challenges and Triumphs in the 21st Century".

January 22, 2025 paved the way for The Encoder. As they participated in the Festival of Talents with the theme: "Celebration of Talents and Skills Through Performance and Showcases in Various Arts Discipline." Held at Bayog Elementary School.

Joined together by four schools in Cluster 3 of Hinigaran District II, Narauis-Paticui delegates showed their expertise in their respectful crafts. With two 1st-place winners, one 2nd-place winner, and one 3rd-place winner.

Furthermore, the Editor-in-Chief of The Encoder, Angel Alleria M. Tabella won the 2nd-place position in the Interpretative Reading Category. This award acknowledges the hands-on guidance of her esteemed advisers, Mrs. Lynie P. Presas and Mrs. Alice M. Novera.

More hurdles to tackle, more battles to win. These students will soon be participating in something much bigger. That will leave another mark in the pages of The Encoder.
