Ang nag pasikat ng mga awiting "Ikaw Lang", "Show me the way", "Kung ako nalang sana", "Kahapon, Ngayon at Bukas na isa sa mga awitin na nilikha ni Maestro Jimmy Borja .
Siya ay nagsimula noong siya ay mundo ng musika noong 1987 sa edad na 20. Noong 1991, ang gwapong ballader ay nagsimula magkaroon ng unang album na may pamagat na "All About Love.”
Tatlong mga sunod sunod na album ang inilabas niya tulad ng "Chad Borja” noong 1994, "The Way I Am noong 1996” at "Sorry Na, Pwede Ba” noong 1997, at dito nya pinatunayan ang husay at galing nya di lamang sa entablado maging sa pagrerekord ng album.
Hindi lamang sa pagiging panauhin nya sa mga palabas sa telebisyon ay pumaimbabaw siya at higit na nakilala sa mga live concert kasama ang mga magagaling na tagapagtanghal noong dekada 90 na naging daan para mas mapalapit siya sa kanyang mga tagahanga.
Ilan sa mga solo concerts na naging panauhin at nakasama niya ay sina Regine Velasquez, Geneva Cruz at Side A. Nagkaroon din siya ng concert tours isa amerika kasama ang mga malalaking pangalan sa mundo ng musika at isa na dito ang ating Pop Diva na si Kuh Ledesma.
Isa sa pagkakataong mas lalong nagpatingkad sa kanyang karera sa laragan ng musika ay ang pagkakaroon nya ng international album na ang prodyuser ay ang Japanese musician at composer na si Yutaka Yokokura, at mga live performances kasama ang mga international jazz artists na sina Lee Ritenour, Dave Grusin, Michael Paulo, Abraham Laboriel at Gregg Karukas.

Randy Gerard Legaspi Santiago (born November 26, 1960) is a Filipino actor, comedian, television host, singer, songwriter, producer, director and entrepreneur. He is the older brother of Raymart Santiago, Rowell Santiago and Reily Pablo L. Santiago Jr. He graduated from De La Salle University.
As an actor, Santiago has acted in movies such as Paikot-ikot, released in 1990, Pera o Bayong (Not da TV)! (2000), in which he portrayed Tiburcio, and Taray at Teroy (1988). As a film producer, he has produced movies such as "JR", released in 1983, and "Daniel Bartolo ng Sapang Bato" (1982).
Randy is the brother of film/TV/stage director Rowell Santiago and actor Raymart Santiago, and the son of film director Pablo Santiago and actress Cielito Legaspi.[2]
Randy is almost never seen in public without sunglasses due to lazy eye. Santiago mentioned in an interview in Magandang Buhay that his eyelid condition was a result of a cyst on his left eyelid which first appeared when he was in second grade.[3]
Randy is married to Marilou Coronel and have three children: Raphael (born 1991), Ryan (1993–2017) and Raiko (born 2002).
In addition to his acting career, he is also the owner of Ratsky Bar, a restaurant chain with branches throughout the Philippines and the Middle East.
