😲 To my surprise, dito lang pala paglabas ng LCUP Main Campus 🏫 yung Main Branch ng ☕ The Ericahlicious. So we decided to head there right after my daughter's recognition program, have lunch, and vlog at the same time—talk about unplanned! 🤗

As a minimalist, I absolutely love the interior. It’s a modern bohemian-styled restaurant that can accommodate around 20-25 people. 🤗🥰If you want to hang out with a few friends, this place is a perfect spot. The jazz music playing in the background adds to the vibe, making it even more enjoyable. 🎶✨

Part of their menu includes 🍰🧁🍩cakes, pastries, and donuts. While waiting for our food, we got to try the 🥤 drinks first, and you can see my genuine reaction in the video. My reaction says it all! If you happen to stop by, you might want to try the flavored soda. We ordered Tuna Carbonara (wth garlic bread) and Caesar Salad. The garlic bread is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. It even melts in your mouth, and you can really taste the rich butter flavor. 🍞🍜As for the carbonara, it’s super creamy and absolutely delicious—promise! 🥗The Caesar salad serving is generous enough for two, so my daughter and I shared it.

I’ve been into salads for four months now, and if you’ve been following me on my socials, you might have seen a few of my recipes. This Caesar salad tastes different from what I usually prepare because I like mine with more black pepper. However, this one is great too—the dressing doesn’t overpower the veggies, allowing you to taste all the flavors, especially the croutons. It has a well-done aftertaste that’s really satisfying. 🌿🍽️

Overall, we had a great time and I'm pretty sure we'll be back.

As our incredible 🛣️ journey through San Jose del Monte City comes to a close, we found ourselves at the 🥰 breathtaking ⛪ Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto Shrine. It was the perfect way to wrap up our memorable trip, filled with moments of 😇 reflection and gratitude.

🚶‍♀️Hiking up and down the terrain of this shrine, we were surrounded by the serene beauty of 🌸🍃🍂 nature, offering us a chance to connect with our 🙏 faith on a deeper level. As we finished the hike, I couldn't help but feel overwhelmed with a sense of 🕊️ peace and tranquility.

🛣️Our journey has been both successful and safe.. And, before bidding 👋 farewell to this 🙏🛐sacred place, we made a quick stop at the souvenir shop to pick up some 📿mementos, a tangible reminder of the unforgettable experiences we shared on this trip.
