Reasons why working with other nationalities is better than working with?

This is just my own opinion and experience, no hate just stating some facts.

I am working onboard for 8 months now, I dont feel such stress that I feel before, its just a smooth and calm voyage. We work as a family and one team onboard, we do our job,maintenance and responsibilities accordingly. There are times that we work at 10 even the working hours is 8, yes!, I am somehow happy about it, we dont mind each others business, but when it comes to work? We help each other, building trust and making our work easy.
And I can say that our Home (ship) is in very Good condition.
Most of them will not judge you,unlike your own (just a bit of comparing? ✌️) well yeah we have our differences and I think the best way to cope with such differences is Respect,Humility,Humanity, Patience and Compassion.

Maybe for others its just a piece of ---- or what, but if you are someone who deeply understands ones perspective? Then you will see what i wanted to share

Facts about Cats

A cat sees about 6 times better than a human at night

When a cat drinks, its tongue – which has tiny barbs on it – scoops the liquid up backwards.

The ancient Egyptians were the first to domesticate the cat (in about 3000 BC), and used them to control pests.

Healthy adult cats are in deep sleep 15 percent of their lives. They are in light sleep 50 percent of the time. That leaves just 35 percent awake time, or roughly 6-8 hours a day.

A cat’s jaw can only move back to front, not side to side. This makes sense because they are predators (meat-eaters), rather than grazers (plant-eaters).

A female kitten can become pregnant as young as 4 months of age – a reason early spaying and neutering is so important!

Cats don’t really have nine lives…that myth became a popular saying because cats have keen senses and quick reflexes – and they tend to survive dangerous situations that other animals may not.
