Life could put you in an unexpected situation where it can lead you to a different path instead of a path that you've planned for yourselfโa path you've never thought of before, an unfamiliar road you've never seen before, a street number you've never taken a glance at before while riding the bus of life. Sometimes, this leads you to a future that you're unfamiliar with, a future that you haven't made yourself prepared for. A path that would surprise you. Ma'am Mildred Billones Dayap had encountered that unfamiliarity, but despite the unknown end of that road that she faced, she chose to look at things on their brighter side. Even though that road was veiled by fog and coldness, she still focused on that light at the end of that road.
Now, you're wondering, what kind of path did Ma'am Mildred Billiones Dayap have to face? What made her the โMaโam Mildred Billiones Dayapโ we know now?
The positivity we've seen this day is rooted in her precious childhoodโher positive outlook on life stayed with her despite the hurdles coming at her. It was one of Ma'am Mildred Dayapโs qualities that we love, thanks to her courageous steps while she was young. It was in her adolescence when she first encountered that roadโthat road that led her today to us. She once passed the MSU Scholarship, and she was even qualified to take metallurgical engineering at MSU-IIT (Illigan Institute of Technology). But things swirled from the unexpected surge of wind coming at herโbecause of circumstances, she had to face the road that she had to pave. MSU-IIT was kilometers away from herโpushing her to attend MSU-Gensan and take the Bachelor of Arts in English since it was the only slot open for her. The Young Mildred Dayap must've been confused by this new pathโespecially English isn't her strongest suit. Yet, despite these challenges, she continues to con

๐๐๐๐ง๐จ๐ฅ๐| Starting Anew: The Merriment of Year Ends
2022 indeed paced fast; it led us to wherever we are at the moment, regardless of the different maneuvers of life. According to Jonathan Westover, we have a choice as we start a new chapter: either plow new ground or let the weeds grow. Whichever option we choose, the spotlight is still on commencing since both options call for improvements: to start over or get better. The fact that we have something to look forward to makes the end of the year even more delightful.
We should first go backward and reflect on some of the events that transpired in 2022 before pressing the forward button.

We remained resolute and positive despite being burdened, troubled, and tested by the intangible threat. We were forced to lock our doors and isolate ourselves, making ourselves the virus' convicts. However, looking at those impediments through an optimistic lens broadened our sentiments. They were eye-openers. As a result, it helped us to value interpersonal connections, be adaptable and flexible in our respective fields, and experience a flash of insight that motivated us to stop mistreating the environment. Now that we are no longer under the pandemic's grip, everything we lost and missed is restored and may be enjoyed. People took the decision to get vaccinated, we can now convene and take delight in public activities, celebrations, and the like. Establishments also resumed operating. Finally, we are able to travel without being subject to COVID restrictions. All of these breakthroughs, healings, remediations, and opportunities were brought about by 2022.
