Event Organizer
It is for the people who only see the flaws, the imperfections and decision na hindi pabor sa mga gusto nila.
Maraming factors ang dapat icoconsider when speaking about organizing an event. Organizing an event takes months and months of planning para ma execute ng mabuti on the day of the event. It does not come with a package na gusto mo magpa event and ang nakikita mo lang is ang final, how about the process.
Day 1 starts kung saan mo inisip ang pag oorganize ng event, Day 1 starts kung saan mo inisip ang concept, Day 1 starts kung saan una mong sinulat ang mga letra for the proposals bago mo ito ipresent.
Everyday is Day 1 for brainstorming kung saan kukuha ng budget, kung saan makakakuha ng logistics, kung saan makakakuha ng additional staff, kung saan makakakuha ng magandang venue, kung sino sinong artist ang pwede ma invite, kung saan communication and tanungan ng kapwa organizer ng tips and advise. Day 1 is any time of the 24hrs a day na ginagalawan para maka diskarte and mapabuti ang takbo on the event itself.
When it comes to sponsorship, malaking bagay yan para sa supporta na mas mapagaan ang pag oorganize ng event kasi may resource. But organizer does not merely depend on the sponsorship except for big events kasi sa logistics pa lang is masyado ng mahal. Like for a decent sounds system and lights would cost a minimum of 10k for 1 setting but as of the latest is 15k.
When it comes to performers, yes we do give talent fees for artist on the event when they negotiate, simply meeting in the middle and coming up with terms. As for some would perform for free but we make it sure to toss them up for all the events, producers and fellow artist that would benefit there artistry and effort, its like giving back 10x fold on the favor you did. Sometimes we simply hand it over to them discretly when the performance they gave is exceptional.
As SD1, we do not have a lot to offer, we did this dahil sa hilig and for the good of the public whos interested. Kung kumikita man kami, yes we deserved it but it does not compensate the effort, time and personal expenses to make the event possible. Its always a negative profit but a positive outlook on the output being put up just for ya'll.
