Let us remember, in 1 Corinthians, chapter 10, verse 31, it says, "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." Let us honor God with our bodies and our minds by making healthy choices and living a healthy lifestyle.

Kini gidisenyo sa pagtabang sa mga indibiduwal sa pag-ugmad ug himsog nga mga batasan ug pagpalig-on sa ilang relasyon sa Diyos sa samang higayon.

Pinaagi sa pag-apil sa "Healthy Journey with God," ang mga indibidwal makahimo sa pagpauswag sa ilang kinatibuk-ang kahimsog ug kaayohan, ingon man sa ilang espirituhanong pagtubo.

When we guard our hearts, we are intentional about what we allow to enter. We protect ourselves from negative influences, toxic relationships, and harmful thoughts. Instead, we focus on filling our hearts with positive, uplifting, and life-giving things such as love, joy, peace, and wisdom.

By guarding our hearts in this way, we set ourselves up for success and enable ourselves to live life to the fullest. We are able to navigate the ups and downs of life with grace and resilience, and we are better able to love and serve those around us.
