Below is the profile of Ms. Violet Percil, the Founder and Manager of VP-STARS Entertainment Production:
As a Talent Coach, Violet Percil is well experienced in conducting Acting, Voice and Modeling Workshops at VP GROUP TMA. She has dedicated herself to discovering, training, developing and promoting young individuals to improve their talents, confidence and personality. Violet Percil is also an Acting Coach for ABS-CBN. As a Talent Manager, Violet Percil is responsible in forming THE SPARKLES, a successful musical group which recently won the People’s Choice and Dangal ng Bayan Award as the 2015 Most Promising All-Girl Performing Group. Through Violet Percil, the group has performed at “Walang Tulugan with Master Showman” of GMA7, “Good Morning Boss” of PTV4, "Letters and Music" of Net25, "Bida Sa Barangay" of DWLS FM, DZME Radio, Vogue Perfect Fashion Show Series and T-MAX Concert as part of their promotions. The group released their album entitled "Sparkles All Around" in 2015 produced by Violet Percil and released by Saturno Music Productions. Currently, Violet Percil is working on the promotions and developments of her other group and individual artists. As an Event Organizer, Violet Percil, conceptualized and created the “VOGUE PERFECT FASHION SHOW SERIES” which is considered to be one of the most successful fashion show series’ in Metro Manila having had 15 runs in just 2 years since its first show. Recently, Violet Percil conceptualized the “T-MAX CONCERT SERIES” which now has 3 successful runs and the "Modelling Festival" which was recognized by Robinsons Malls as one of its official mall events. Violet Percil, is Filipina from Sorsogon, Bicol Province with poor yet humble beginnings. She practically worked her own way up to the top as an honor student and being accelerated from high school direct to college. Her career as a Singer expands to more than 12 years in a band and as a solo artist. Recently, she has become an accomplished Recording Artist after releasing her 2 OPM singles: “Pahiwatig” and “Sinusuyo, Niyayakap” (a revival of the song first popularized by Ms. The songs are included as special bonus tracks in the album “Sparkles All Around” by her own the The SPARKLES. She is also a composer of "The Sparkles Philippines" carrier single. As a Model, Violet Percil once signed an advertising contract for Alaska Milk, posed for FHM Magazine’s Girl Next Door in 2001 and endorsed Gynic Feminine Wash in 2009. At present, she continues to accept modelling projects. As an Actress, Violet Percil, is known for her character roles in TV and Film Indies. Her recent notable work was a lead role in “Lunes”. A short film entry by the University of the Philippines Film Institute to the Tropfest Film Festival in Australia. She also did a bit role in the MMFF Entry, “The Janitor”. Violet Percil regularly takes on character roles in different teleseryes of TV networks. Her projects include Walang Hangan, Broken Vow, Mundo Man ay Magunaw, Public Atorni, Third Eye, Maalaala Mo Kaya, Daddy Dearest, Dahil sa Pag-Ibig, Valiente, Beki Boxer and many more. She is now into script writing and film directing. As a Host, she is usually invited to host various fashion shows, pageants, talent contest and other events. Recently she produced and hosted her own TV show which is the Maharlika Film Festival TV. She also hosted some of the Open Auditions of "Born to be a Star" of TV5 in different SM malls. As an Entrepreneur, Violet Percil has established 2 fashion businesses of her own. “Little Madame” which caters to kids’ tutu dresses and “R&J Fashion Line” which sells affordable teens clothing. Recently, she perfected her skills as a Make-Up Artist and launched her Make Up Artist Services called "Touch of V". To add up to her accomplishments, Violet Percil pursued her film making ambitions at University of the Philippines Film Institute in Diliman, Quezon City. In the same year, her efforts were recognized and gained the respect of her peers and colleagues as she was awarded the ASIA PACIFIC EXCELLENCE AWARD and ASIAN ACHIEVER AWARD as 2016 MOST OUTSTANDING ENTREPRENEUR AND PERFORMING ARTIST
