Point your browser to OLSEN at https://apps.cjc.edu.ph/guide-to-olsen-online-student-enrolment/
Read the guidelines first before proceeding to the online form.
Don't forget to take note of the Enrollment Reference Number.
2️⃣ FILL UP ELECTRONIC FORM IN OLSEN
(ONLINE STUDENT ENROLLMENT SYSTEM)
Submit your enrollment requirements at the Student Services Center.
3️⃣SECURE CLEARANCE TO PROCEED
In the OLSEN web page, go to “Check My Enrollment Status” menu (Green Box) to check status of enrollment. Be ready with your Enrollment Reference Number and birth date for validation.
4️⃣ PAY ENTRANCE FEE
Pay entrance fee at any of the official payment channels. (See https://apps.cjc.edu.ph/payment-channels/ for a list of payment channels)
Be sure to follow up with Finance Office through Messenger (m.me/cjcfinanceoffice).
5️⃣ FILL UP GUIDANCE CENTER QUESTIONNAIRE

6️⃣ SUBJECT PICKING/CLASS SCHEDULES
Coordinate with your respective College for the list of subjects needed for the semester.
