Asal Aso Productions Fusion of the personal works of Shievar Olegario + collaborative projects of Asal A*o Productions Shievar Olegario is an artist and filmmaker.

His works revolve around designing motion or still graphics, and producing films. His filmmaking career started by being a fellow of the 2019 Story Development Camp of Ngilngig Asian Fantastic Film Festival. He then made his debut short, “OctoGod” which bagged the Golden Durian Prize for Best Mindanao Short at the Salamindanaw Asian Film Festival 2019 and also won the Best Short Film during the Bi

nisaya Film Festival 2020. The film also exhibited in several film fests such as Cinemalaya 2020 and Cinema Rehiyon 2020.

The Origin of Asal A*o

Asal A*o made its debut at the Panagtagbo Art Fest (Davao Ngilngig Festival 2017). The piece is a fusion of performance and video art, moved and ended as one. Asal A*o represents the inner monster that consumes us. This production page is named after Asal A*o to honor the art piece.
