- founding father - in English , this is just a terminology that defines who started the organization
- other terminology in English - Patriarch
same as “ founding father “.

Sa tagalog : siya ang nag umpisa ng Facebook. Siya ang founder ng facebook pero hindi siya ang tatay ng FB.

Ano ang pinag ka iba nila sa founding father natin?

Sila Bill Gates( Microsoft ), Mark Zuckerberg ( Facebook ), jack Dorsey ( twitter ) at iba pa…..

Itinayo nila ang mga kunpanya na yan mula umpisa at hanggang ngayon ay Naka Bantay sila. Hindi sila umalis hanggang hindi nila nalamapasan yung survival moments ng nga itinayo nila.

Karamihan din sa mga yan ay figure head na lang dahil ang board members nila ang nagpapa takbo ng mga organization nila.

Ngayon, ibalik natin sa kapatiran TGP:

Ang TAU GAMMA PHI at sinimulan ng 6 na magiting na estudyante ng UP Diliman. Na expel yung dalawa ( Hindi natin alam kung Bakit) apat ang natira at Kailan lang suspended naman yung Isa ( Tito VENIDA ).

Tatlo na lang DAW ang natitira ( RO,TP,RC ).

Tanong : e Kung mag away- away yang tatlong natitirang FF, pano na ngayon?

Lesson learned:

Ang Founding Father ay isang titulo Lamang at karapat Dapat lang na ibigay sa kanila pero HINDING HINDI natin sila “TATAY” !!!!

For some reason, the word “ TATAY” got lost some where in translation.

We as Filipinos immediately equated literally the word father as “ TATAY”.

Hindi natin sila “TATAY”! Sila ay kapwa natin kapatid na TRISKELION !!!

Ito ay isang metaphor lamang and should not be translated literally!

Isa lang ang tatay natin! Yung nagbigay ng semilya sa nanay natin kaya tayo ngayon ay isang Tao.

It’s a big disrespect to your own biological father if you would call someone else as your TATAY. Exception : putok ka Lang sa buho ( joke )

For some reason also - yung Ibang mga Tao dyan ay Ginagamit yung “ TATAY” para bang may utang na loob tayo sa kanila- WALA tayong utang na loob sa mga yan dahil lahat tayo ay nag Daan sa initiation rites. Ngayon ,kung Ikaw ay isang colorum lang at benindisyunan ng mga FF, ay talagang may utang na loob ka sa kanila.

Igalang natin ang mga FF pero hindi batas ang mga sinasabi nila lalo na ngayon na Meron tayong legit na pamunuan. Ang pakikinggan lang natin ay ang pamunuan ng PHILIPPINE NATIONAL COUNCIL dahil sila ay merong mandato. Sila ay ibinoto ng nga mga opisyales Ng ibat ibang council sa buong pilipinas.

Isang magandang example:

Sino ang founder ng Pilipinas?
Jose Rizal ?
Andres Bonifacio?
Lapu lapu?
Magellan?

Asan sila ngayon?

Sino ang sinusunod natin ngayon? Yun bang mga batas nila noon ? O yung mga pinapalabas na batas ng senado at ni BBM?

Ang mga FF ay Dapat na kilalalanin Bilang mga estudyanteng nag simula ng TGP pero hindi sila ang batas? Wala silang karapatang mag appoint ng mga officers at lalong Wala din silang karapatang hatiin ang kapatiran!!!

Paano ba maging Triskelion?

Bilang isang Probinsyano napadpad sa Cebu para mag aral sa Kolehiyo. Dun ko narinig ang isang malakas na Kapatiran ang TAU GAMMA PHI. Lima kaming magkaibigan at dalawang schoolmate ang pumasok sa Kapatirang ito. Wala akong idea sinong tumatag sa Kapatirang ito, sino ang mga leader nito, ang alam ko lang ang pangalang TAU GAMMA PHI. To cut it short pumasok ako sa Kapatirang ito dahil sa pangalang TAU GAMMA PHI. Gusto ko lang sabihin na porket naninindigan ako sa Tau Gamma Phi National Council ay wala na akong respeto at pag galang sa mga Founding Fathers. Yan ang palaging ginagamit na rason ng mga Global fanatics. Nakikiusap ako wag nyo gamitin ang mga FF's sa kahibangan nyo at sa mga FF's sana hindi kayo magpagamit sa mga taong merong mga personal interest. Meron lang akong example, siguro familiar tayo sa Apple or iphone at siguro alam natin na isa sa nagcreate na brand na Apple is Steve Jobs. Maitanong ko lang, anong rason mo bakit ka bibili ng iphone? Dahil ba si Steve Jobs ang may gawa or gusto mo at naniniwala ka sa produkto? Sa palagay ko bumili ang mga tao dahil sa produkto or sa pangalang APPLE or iPhone. Kung sinabi ba ni Steve Jobs na bilhin nyo itong Cherry Mobile kasi mas maganda ito kesa iPhone. Susunod ka ba? Another example is Starbucks, madalas puntahan ng tao dahil sa pangalang Starbucks at sa mga produkto nito. Customer don't care sino ang may ari nyan. Gusto ko lang sabihin na TAU GAMMA PHI ang pinasukan ko. At naninindigan ako sa National Council kasi ito ang alam kong tama at nasa wastong daan. Hindi ka bastosan sa mga FF's ang hindi pagsunod sa gusto nila lalo na kung alam natin na hindi ito makakabuti sa lahat at sa Kaptiran. At hindi ka bastosan sa mga FF's ang pagsunod sa tamang landas.

Mike Molino as the new Premier of NEC. However FF's still recognized the National Constitution of 2000 based on their letter,(July 18 2003) and was published in tabloid. (Aug 3, 2003)

>2002 Creation of TDM Triskelion De Mindanao. To avoid the Triskelion in Mindanao to be part of the conflict in Luzon.

>Davao City,and entire Davao Region pledge the loyalty to the NC2000 constitution and did not adopt TDM constitution.

>Meanwhile,The FF's, bro. Dodong and UP triskelions started the creation of ICC (Interim Coordinating Council) as a protest against NEC.
>Later that year the Creation of MMCC (METRO MANILA COORDINATING COUNCIL) to go against Metro Manila Regional Council.

>the ICC ( Interim Coordinating Council ) changed its name into TGCC (Triskelion GLOBAL Coordinating Council)

What is Neutral Stance?Third side of the Coin.

Lets define what is Neutral.

Neutral - adj. not taking part or giving assistance in a dispute or war between others.

- adj. not supporting or favoring either side in a war, dispute, arguments or contest.

- adj. possessing NO Distinctive Quality or Characteristics (color)

So,how do we define this on our fraternal setting and understanding..
Choosing a neutral stance means that you are undecided to choose either NC constitution or TGPG constitution.

For the Following reasons.

1. - afraid to take part in arguments or conflicts due to Lack of knowledge and awareness.
2. - afraid to offend other members who have already taken a stance.
3. - afraid to face the consequences after choosing a stance. Anxiety of losing their position or connections.
4. - they also claim to be the mediator or a protest against the conflict. So that they can freely interact with each other on both sides.

Now, lack of knowledge in our fraternity affects all your members and officials. Ignorance will make you the blind followers or most probably the victim.

For those who are afraid to take a stand because of others what might say,or we are afraid of the consequences. being afraid will never solve anything,if we are always afraid we can never save our fraternity. being wrong sometimes is a lesson. But fight for our rights can never be wrong.

Neutral stance also claim to be the mediator. They assigned themselves to be the authority for the communication. Because they are disgusted with the conflicts of the leadership crisis in our fraternity. But,are we really lack of communication? We have a lot of modes to communicate thru social media, text,call or even personal conversation. But what's really lack? The knowledge and wisdom in our fraternity.
What is our fraternity?how do we govern the fraternity? Who owns our fraternity? Do we own the fraternity? What is democracy? What is brotherhood? What is the process to pass a law? How do we change the law?
Or what is the essence of being a triskelion?are we the light over darkness? What is supremacy? Does political agenda are ways to achieve supremacy? Or should we follow the governing authorities or follow the group that is supported by the Founders.

Neutral also see's themselves as the third side of the coin. They can see the other principles or other solution (communication; not interested in participating in conflicts to reduce the consequences). As we all know, there are only two side the head and the tails. But in the third side of the coin, is a analogy of both conflicting ideas realizing the other option that emphasize mastery of learning. The two sides of learning such as Theory and Demonstration (practice) and the third side is the Testing (experimentation) to achieve the mastery of crafts.

The third side of the coin can also be defined as a the EDGE (neutral) that CONNECTS the TWO FLAT SURFACE ( ideas of conflicts)of the coin.

So does this principle can be applied in our conflict? Our answer is NO. In choosing were to stand.. you can only choose either RIGHT or WRONG. Moreover, You can never solve problems if you answer NONE/MAYBE in your examinations.

So therefore,as a Triskelion, we need to practice how to be a Triskelion.
Lets all take a stand and take a leap outside our boundaries, and be that triskelion that empower the weak and defy all those who abuse the innocent.

Sila ay nagmamasid kung sino ang magwawagi.
Sila ay lalaban para sa amin at lalaban para din sa kanila.

Sila din ay nagaantay kung sino sa aming dalawa,ang hihingi ng tulong para hindi rin mag-iba. Sila ang mga kapatid na mgsasabi ng iba. Kung sila ay sasama paano ang iba.

Sila ay malinis ang mukha at magaling magsalita. Hindi sila tumutulong na marungisan ang ating mukha. Sila daw ay maguugnay sa ating dalawa.

Sa kabila ng pagsuporta ng aking ama.
Pero kapatid ang mguugnay sa ating dalawa.
Sila ay nagmamasid sino sa ating dalawa.
Paano sila magwawagi kung merong nagmamasid, kahit nariyan ang aking ama.

Sila daw ang mguugnay, ngunit ito ay babala.
Sila ang mga kapatid na nagtatago sa maskara.

Ang pag gawa ng NATIONAL CONSTITUTION noong taong 2000 ay sa kadahilanang gusto ng mga kapatid nating TRISKELION para magkaroon ng Mataas at Matibay na batayan o alintuntunin sa loob ng kapatiran na inihalintulad sa TCOC na makakatulong sa pagbigay ng kinauukolang solusyon sa bawat problema, mga regulasyon sa pagpapamalakad o Magpoprotekta sa mga opisyal at membro ng mga chapters o kaya ng mga konseho, Pagbigay ng naaayon na proseso ng batas para sa paglitis o pagpataw ng kinauukolang kaparusahan sa mga nagkakasalang kapatid nating TRISKELION sa loob ng kapatiran.

Ang kakatawan naman sa pagpapairal ng batas na mula sa NATIONAL CONSTITUTION ay ang NATIONAL COUNCIL.
Ang NATIONAL COUNCIL ay merong
3 bahagi ito ay ang
1. NATIONAL ASSEMBLY (Pagpupulong) Ito ang pinakamataas na bahagi ng NATIONAL COUNCIL na gumagawa ng patakaran o batas. Sila ang mga kasalukuyang mga OPISYAL na possibleng kumakatawan sa kanilang mga Chapters, o kaya mga Konseho sa kanilang mga Munisipyo,Syudad,Probinsya or Rehiyon. Iba't ibang mga opisyal mula sa bawat bahagi ng bansa. Sila ang Gagawa ng batas, o kaya posibleng magamyenda o mgdagdag o magtanggal ng patakaran sa ating batas na idadaan sa pagboto. Ang mga kumakatawan naman mula sa mga Probinsya o Rehiyon ang posibleng Bumoto para sa opisyal ng National Executive Council.
2,NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL (NEC) ang ikadalawang bahagi ng NATIONAL COUNCIL,sila naman ang mga OPISYAL na ibinoto ng mga kumakatawan mula sa mga rehiyon o kaya mga probinsya mula sa isang pagpupulong o National Assembly. Ang NEC ay hindi pwedeng gumawa ng sariling batas. Ang batayan nila ay naaayon lamang sa batas na nakapaloob sa NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.
NEC ang mga opisyal na pwedeng mag paalala o magsulosyon sa mga problema ng mga opisyal ng Rehiyon,Probinsya,Munisipyo, o ng Syudad, Sa pamamagitan ng Memorandum, Proclamation, o Resolution. Ang Memorandum,Proclamation o Resolution ay nakabase pa rin sa batas na nakapaloob sa National Constitution.
NEC din ang pwedeng magpatawag ng pagpupulong sa buong bansa,o kaya ng isang isla. Pwedeng magpatawag ng Pagpupulong ang NEC kung ito ay nkaiskedyul base sa constitution, o kaya sa emergency na sitwasyon sa pamamagitan ng importanteng rason o kadahilanan.
Ang NEC ay hindi nagmamay ari ng kapatiran, at wala ring nagmamay-ari sa ating kapatiran,kundi ang mga membro nito na mga triskelion. Ang NEC ay nagpapairal lamang ng batas na pumoprotekta sa lahat ng mga membro at mga opisyal nito.

3. JUDICIAL COUNCIL ( Sangguniang Panghukuman ) ito ang ikatlo at huling bahagi ng National Council. Sila ay pipiliin ng NATIONAL Premier,at aatasan na maglitis at maghukom sa kahit na sinong membro ng ating kapatiran mula sa batayan ng Paglabag nito sa TCOC o kaya sa NATIONAL CONSTITUTION. Sila ay pwedeng mgsakdal ng opisyal, base sa pagkakasala nito sa Kapatiran at alituntunin ng NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

The true essence of being a TRISKELION comes with a noble ideals mainly because before we will became a TRUE TRISKELION we should accept the fact that we have to CHANGE our own belief, habits and practices for the purpose of the greater being, which is GOD. If you believe that you can change as an individual,maybe you have already passed the requirements to be a qualified candidate.

Nowadays,being a member of TAU GAMMA PHI is a great privilege to exercise our own ability to lead or enhance our interpersonal skills. Oftentimes, it is a place for an opportunity to help others by serving to be a good example for an individual who strives for greatness in all of our fields.
But,as we all know, that is not the actual situation back in the days, because being a Member of TAU GAMMA PHI as a TRISKELION you will be labelled as a TOUGH GUY for being engaged in different types of violence, specially Fist Fights against other fraternities.
After all those years have passed, we became the most popular fraternity in the Philippines, because of the ideals,history and achievements of our brothers and sisters. We can barely say that we have the highest numbers of members around the country compared to the era in the early decades of our brotherhood and sisterhood.
Have you asked someone, or maybe yourself? What does it really mean to know the essence of being a triskelion? Is it because we are popular? Or being tough guys? A leader or an individual that has an incredible set of skills in communication? Is that all? Or maybe an achiever? A breadwinner or a great provider for the family or community?

But the TRUE ESSENCE OF BEING A TRISKELION is not about what you achieve or what the other members are capable of. Mainly it's not about the superficial gain of our brotherhood.

It's about how you will CHANGE for A BETTER VERSION of yourself.

But the question is HOW will you achieve it? Or shall I say, how are you committed to that change?

As a bonafide member of TAU GAMMA PHI. We are guided by the TENETS and Codes of Conducts.

As a member, have you asked yourself how those ideals exist? The true teaching of the TCOC will also be reflected based on the definition of its original author. Our Founding Father, who studied philosophy, came from a secondary school of Catholics. He was guided by the teachings and wisdom of ALMIGHTY GOD.

TRI SK ELION. Capital TRI also defines TRINITY, which symbolizes "TRIPLENESS", which refers collectively to the FATHER, the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT, which represent GOD at the same time. In our fraternity, Capital TRI treats others genuinely, defending what is right and what is true,and informing our brothers and sisters that it can be vital for ourselves or others. These ideals can give us wisdom about the teaching of God. That can also refer to the tenets no. 2, no. 3, no. 5 and no. 8. Having a wisdom that doing no harm is also a defense that can leave us undestructable against anything else.

Capital SK is defined as the Son which refers to Jesus Christ, who is the King of all Kings.. pertain to GOD. Capital S,K Also represent as gesture of respect to oneself, shall still practice kindness, humility, respect, towards your self and others even when nobody's watching you. Also, it refers to your CREDIBILITY as a member. That reflects tenet no.1 as your SUPREMACY.

Capital ELION can be identified as, the ELYON is an epithet of the God of the Israelites in the Hebrew Bible and also refers to the English definition of EL' ELYON the MOST HIGH GOD or word that means the GOD of Heaven and Earth. Capital ELION fraternally defines as to practice EXCELLENCY in your chosen Fields, to fill with loathe in any form of ABUSE to self and others, And submit ourselves to all the noble guidelines of our fraternity. That pertain to tenets no. 2, no. 3, no.4, no. 5, no.6, no. 7, and no. 8.

So, the essence of being a TRISKELION, is not about what you gain in this world,but to win a WISDOM that is guided by our GOD, which inspires us to practice kindness,humility, respect, Dignity and empathy. And not to be afraid to preserve the truth, and what is right.

And if we are able to achieve these ideals and practices, every TRISKELION will know the essence of its existence. We will realize that the TAU GAMMA PHI will not be tempted to emulate PROFANE LEADERS who are musing only about TEMPORAL GAIN.
