Loving the wrong person.

So many people are suffering in relationships today because they refuse to let go of the person they are currently in a relationship with.

They know the relationship isn't working, but they refuse to leave because they feel they might be able to change the person.

They believe they are willing to go to any length to ensure that the person continues to "love them".

The hardest aspect is that they are doing everything in the hopes that the person would change, even when the person has no intention of changing in the first place.

If you're in a relationship right now where the person is causing you more grief than happiness, then it's time to let them go.

Accepting that things aren't working is the best approach to avoid getting hurt more in this type of relationship.

It's crucial to admit to yourself that the relationship is in disrepair.

I see so many people that are suffering in their current relationships because they refuse to face the reality of its true nature.

If your current relationship isn't working, do me a favor and don't force it, the more you force it, the more you will end up hurting yourself in the long run.

Nobody can take your happiness away if you don't want it taken away. Your happiness is in your hands; your happiness is dependent on you.

If you don't want others to continue to mistreat you......you have the power to stop them.

Take my advice and have the courage to leave the table when respect is no longer being served.

Solar eclipse 2024: Everything you need to know ahead of the solar spectacle | By The Independent

The Sun is going to disappear from the sky in the US – before coming back again, almost five minutes later.

A total solar eclipse on 8 April, visible across North America, means that day will briefly turn into night. And this time around it is relatively easy to see.

The eclipse is much longer than the previous one. This time around, the total darkness will last up to 4 minutes and 28 seconds – twice as long as a similar event in 2017.

It will also go through a more populated route, meaning more people are likely to see it. It will start on the Pacific coast of Mexico, before heading up and east: taking in Texas, Oklahoma and all the way up to New England, before disappearing in Canada.

An estimated 44 million people live inside the 115-mile-wide path of totality stretching from Mexico to Canada. About 32 million of them are in the US, guaranteeing jammed roads for the must-see celestial sensation.

The eclipse will allow many to share in the “wonder of the universe without going very far,” said NASA's eclipse program manager Kelly Korreck.

Here's what to know about April's extravaganza and how to prepare:

What happens during the total solar eclipse?

The moon will line up perfectly between the Earth and the sun, blotting out the sunlight. It will take just a couple hours for the moon's shadow to slice a diagonal line from the southwest to the northeast across North America, briefly plunging communities along the track into darkness.

Fifteen U.S. states will get a piece of the action, albeit two of them — Tennessee and Michigan — just barely.

Among the cities smack dab in the action: Dallas; Little Rock, Arkansas; Indianapolis, Cleveland, Ohio; Buffalo, New York; and Montreal — making for the continent's biggest eclipse crowd.

Don't fret if you don't have front-row seats. Practically everyone on the continent can catch at least a partial eclipse. The farther from the path of totality, the smaller the moon's bite will be out of the sun. In Seattle and Portland, Oregon, about as far away as you can get in the continental U.S., one-third of the sun will be swallowed.

Why is totality longer?

By a cosmic stroke of luck, the moon will make the month's closest approach to Earth the day before the total solar eclipse. That puts the moon just 223,000 miles (360,000 kilometers) away on eclipse day.

The moon will appear slightly bigger in the sky thanks to that proximity, resulting in an especially long period of sun-blocked darkness.

What's more, the Earth and moon will be 93 million miles (150 million kilometers) from the sun that day, the average distance.

When a closer moon pairs up with a more distant sun, totality can last as long as an astounding 7 1/2 minutes. The last time the world saw more than seven minutes of totality was in 1973 over Africa. That won't happen again until 2150 over the Pacific.

How do I safely watch the eclipse?

Sunglasses won't cut it. Special eclipse glasses are crucial for safely observing the sun as the moon marches across the late morning and afternoon sky, covering more and more and then less and less of our star.

During totality when the sun is completely shrouded, it's fine to remove your glasses and look with your naked eyes. But before and after, certified eclipse glasses are essential to avoid eye damage. Just make sure they're not scratched or torn.

Cameras, binoculars and telescopes must be outfitted with special solar filters for safe viewing. Bottom line: Never look at an exposed sun without proper protection any day of the year.

Where are some eclipse watch parties?

Towns up and down the path of totality are throwing star parties. Festivals, races, yoga retreats, drum circles and more will unfold at museums, fairgrounds, parks, stadiums, wineries, breweries and even one of Ohio's oldest drive-in movie theaters and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Besides looking up, you can attend a “space prom” in Texas Hill Country, get married at eclipse-themed ceremonies in Tiffin, Ohio, and Russellville, Arkansas, or brush up on moonwalking history at the Armstrong Air and Space Museum in Wapakoneta, Ohio — Neil Armstrong's hometown.

As the eclipse unfolds, NASA will launch small rockets with science instruments into the upper atmosphere from Virginia and chase totality's shadow from high-altitude planes. Satellites and the International Space Station crew will attempt to capture the show from space.

When is the next total solar eclipse?Full solar eclipses occur every year or two or three, often in the middle of nowhere like the South Pacific or Antarctic. The next total solar eclipse, in 2026, will grace the northern fringes of Greenland, Iceland and Spain.

North America won't experience totality again until 2033, with Alaska getting sole dibs. Then that's it until 2044, when totality will be confined to Western Canada, Montana and North Dakota.

There won't be another U.S. eclipse, spanning coast to coast, until 2045. That one will stretch from Northern California all the way to Cape Canaveral, Florida.

Aside from Carbondale, Illinois, in the crosshairs of both the 2017 and 2024 eclipses, it usually takes 400 years to 1,000 years before totality returns to the same spot, according to NASA's Korreck.

Isabella Villarama Granada (March 9, 1976 – November 4, 2017) was a Filipino actress and singer.

Isabel Granada was the daughter of Humberto Ortiz Granada, a Filipino chief marine engineer and Isabel Villarama, a Spanish homemaker. Her father died in 1995.

Granada attended the Philippine Air Transport and Training Services College, where she obtained her bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering in 2001 and secured her private pilot license. She served as an airwoman second class in the Philippine Air Force for two years.

Granada was a commercial model prior to starting a career in acting.

Granada's career started after auditioning for That's Entertainment in 1986, where she became a member of the Tuesday group. She was part of the cast of the film, Ligaya ang Itawag Mo sa Akin which starred Rosanna Roces, and was given the FAMAS Award for Best Supporting Actress in 1998 for her role in the film. After joining the cast of Ikaw Na Sana Granada became part of the drama series on ABS-CBN entitled Sa Puso Ko Iingatan Ka co-work with Judy Ann Santos and Piolo Pascual.

Granada took a break from showbiz from 2004 to 2006 after giving birth to her son. She resumed her acting career in 2007 with GMA Network and worked with Sine Novela: Pasan Ko Ang Daigdig and Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan.

In 2008, Granada played the role of Elena Valderama in the remake of Kaputol ng Isang Awit with co-star Glaiza de Castro and Lovi Poe, recently shown on the GMA Network. She also appeared in the romantic comedy drama Philippine remake Lalola. In 2009, she was one of the guest stars in the Philippine adaptation of Zorro. During her final years in 2013, she joined It's Showtime's Bida Kapamilya Celebrity Round with her Kapamilya's and she was working again on ABS-CBN's Got to Believe as Tessa Zaragosa, along with Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, among others.

In 2017, she played the challenging role of Jessica in Wish Ko Lang wherein she portrayed a woman disguised as a man just to feed her kids. No one knew that the new carpenter was a woman.

Granada's first marriage was to Geryk Genasky, a councilor in Pampanga in 2002. They eventually separated after twelve years, but their relationship produced one son, Hubert Thomas Jericho Granada Aguas. She married Arnel Cowley in 2015, and was a stepmother to his daughters: Sarah, a young model and Abbey Cowley.

Around 2006, Granada underwent oophorectomy of her right o***y after a cyst had developed; she again had to undergo the operation in 2008 after two cysts had grown on her left o***y, which were accidentally discovered during a removal of a benign tumor in her uterus.

On October 25, 2017, Granada fell into a coma after experiencing six cardiac arrests during a meet and greet session with her fans in Doha, Qatar. Granada had traveled to Doha with her husband to attend the Philippine Tourism and Trade Conference, where she was a guest speaker. She was rushed to the Heart Hospital of the Hamad Medical Corporation and was later transferred to Hamad General Hospital.

Granada had suffered from a brain hemorrhage and aneurysm that affected her heart. On October 27, 2017, she was declared brain dead. Granada died on November 4, 2017, at age 41. Her body was laid in state on November 10–11 at Santuario de San Jose in East Greenhills, Mandaluyong, and was cremated on November 12.

WHAT MANY PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND ABOUT LOVE❤️🫂
1. There will be times I will be so mad at you and cold towards you. It's not that I hate you. I am just disappointed by what you did, my love hasn't gone anywhere

2. There will be times I will not spend as much time with you as you wish me to. It's not that I am ignoring you, I am working hard for our future

3. There will be times I will say or do something wrong. It's not that I meant to hurt you, we all fall short sometimes. Forgive me, teach me to love you

4. There will be friends in my life. But never doubt that you are my priority

5. There will be moments when I will not be that conversational, I will not be so fun to talk with. It's not that I find you boring. My mood has changed, I need some minutes to myself, I will come around

6. There will be moments where I want to scream at you and say all that is in my head in anger. It's not that you are my enemy, but sometimes you get on my nerves. I will control my temper and my tongue, you're still the one that I love

7. There will be moments where you want s*x but I will not be up to it. It's not that I don't find you s*xy anymore or I am cheating on you. I am just tired, allow me to rest and I will s*x you well when I am refreshed. I love the s*x in our marriage

8. There will be wonderful people of the opposite gender at work and in public, they dress well and are successful; some of them more successful than you. It doesn't mean I will abandon you and chase after them

9. There will be moments where I will be tough on you. It's not that I am trying to change you or treat you like a baby. I am only challenging you to be better because I know your potential

10. There will be moments when I forget things, special dates, or a duty I said I would do. It's not that I am taking you for granted, sometimes in this busy life, the mind forgets

11. There will be days when things between us will get so tough and we might seem like we are falling apart. It's not that I am letting go, it's just a passing storm. Don't ever doubt my love

Life has ups and downs, no day is the same. But love, love is constant.

Let's share to educate others 🙏

PNP CHECKPOINT GUIDELINES

03. Ihatag and OR CR sa motor nga wala naka pilo apil na sab ang imong lisensya.

Ug dapat naay mga signage nakabutang during the operation. Puwera lang kanang checkpoint nga oplan sita o naay emergency checkpoint nga pagabuhaton kana nagpasabot nga anaa silay giatngan nga subject.

TIMAN-I..
