shield of peace; protect the children, end violence: Break the prevalence; end the violence: protection children, creating a safe philippines Our artwork acts as a visual representation of the movement to end violence and promote child safety. The piece's focal point is a fist raised high, a worldwide representation of strength and independence, encircled by purple ribbons that are supposed to convey confidence and strength. A group of kids standing hand in hand beneath the fist, each dressed in a different hue, symbolizes for diversity and the necessity of protecting and caring for kids from all backgrounds. Behind all of this lies an angel, a mythical being that is widely adored in the Philippines and is thought to shield a person's spirit, an individual or even a country from harm and persecution. The Philippine flag and the dove are the final accents on this painting. Many people know that a dove symbolizes freedom, love, and peace. freedom for all of these children who aren't receiving the right care, as well as the opportunity to experience the comfort of silence and serenity at last. and

𝙒𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝘼 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘼𝙙𝙨? 🧠🌱

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Apec Schools Dasmariñas comes together in celebration for Mental Health Week this November 18-23, 2024 with the theme "𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑵𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆: 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒈𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒛𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑴𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉". With the help of our wonderful Peer Facilitators and Guidance Associates, students enjoy many fun and reflective activities from our recreational booths, relaxing mental health room exhibit, and cozy movie night.

As the event comes to a close, let us all embrace ourselves as we continue to promote self-care and our understanding of mental health as peers and as a community. 🌟💖

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The APEC Schools Dasmariñas Student Council, alongside representatives from other APEC branches and NTC's Junior and Senior High School Student Councils, attended the "Siklab ng Husay" Workshop at the National Teacher's College on November 22, 2024.

Hosted by Sir Antonio Mallari, the workshop featured icebreakers, a seminar by three speakers on student leadership, and a group brainstorming session, concluding with a photoshoot among participants.
