"It is a magic that opened my soul to the things that matter the most. I learned to genuinely let go of the people I learned to love and accept new ones to come into my life. I have learned to accept that people are just like comets in the universe that will come by anytime and will disappear without you even noticing. But at least you enjoyed it while it's still in your view.

Walking around the streets barefoot with sunburnt skin and hair is something I can never do in Manila, especially as someone who works in the marketing and fashion industry; I accepted my flaws without judgment.

I learned to enjoy my fear while swimming in the Pacific Ocean with big surfing waves hitting me. I felt liberated. I felt brave."
