Recent earthquakes in the Philippines have reminded us of the importance of being prepared for natural disasters. Don't wait until it's too late, take action now to protect yourself and your loved ones!
This EIC has provided us the necessary steps to prepare for an earthquake. This includes creating an emergency plan, preparing an emergency kit, securing your home, and knowing what to do during and after an earthquake.

Theme: 𝙍𝙚𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙨
𝑵𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 9-10, 2023

General Rules:
1. Competitor Eligibility
1.1 All BSANHS- SHS students with clearance of the adviser that allowing them to play are eligible competitors.
1.2 Students can only represent one (1) event according to what year level he/she belongs.
1.3 All players should wear a sports attire to be allowed to play in a game.
2. Entries:
2.1 The participating unit is per track. Entries are to be submitted by chairman of every track.
2.2 The track Chairman will submit the list of names of their participants per event to the record section/event coordinator on November 06, 2023.
3. Change/swapping of match schedules
3.1 Change of match schedule will be allowed at extreme adverse of weather condition or unexpected events or activities happened.
3.2 Postponement is accepted only when the consensus of both teams reached, and approval of the sports council is granted.
4. Disqualification
4.1 Teams/players fail to report to the official stand/table 15 minutes before the start of the competition will be considered concede a walkover and lose the match.
4.2 Teams that allow non- eligible competitors to represent their team in a match will be considered lose in a match.

APPEALS
-All appeal must be made in writing within 24 hours after the match.
-The decision of the appeal board is final.

BSANHS- SHS sports council, reserves the rights to make amendments to these rules and regulation as deemed necessary.

Prizes:

A. Trophies will be awarded to overall champion, first runner up and second runner up
B. Medals/certificates will be awarded to the champions of individual events.
