B&B Models Cebu would like to present our international mentor for personality development and Q and A, Miss Michelle Joy Laluna Padayhag

She is a former news correspondent for Cebu Daily News with a background in public relations, founded , an independent Q&A team based in Cebu.

She's been tapped by international pageant organization called Manohara as she served as Q and A mentor for international pageant personalities such as Miss Supranational Denmark 2024 Victoria Larsen, Miss Universe Indonesia 2023 Fabienne Nicole Groeneveld, and Miss Universe Latvia 2023 Kate Alexeeva.

Aside from international queens, she also trained Filipina queens like Bb. Pilipinas Globe 2023 Anna Valencia, Bb. Pilipinas Globe 2022 Chelsea Fernandez, and Miss Cosmo World Philippines 2023 Elda Aznar.

Michelle's expertise has been sought after as a keynote speaker for workshops, including Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia 2024, Miss Universe Philippines Cebu 2024, and Miss Universe Indonesia 2023.
