This is the copycat version of Krispy Kreme ® Donuts. I saw this from Tiktok and wanted to try it out. The recipe used is Pinoy ingredient friendly and can be mostly found in regular supermarkets. You must try it out this quarantine too!

FOR THE DOUGH

✔️ 2¼ tsp. of yeast
✔️ ¾ cup of warm water
✔️ ⅓ cup white sugar
✔️ ½ tsp. salt
✔️ ¼ cup unsalted butter
✔️ 1 Egg
✔️ 1 Egg yolk
✔️ 1 tsp. vanilla extract
✔️ 3 cups of all-purpose flour
✔️ 3 cups of vegetable oil

FOR THE GLAZE

✔️ ½ cup of butter melted
✔️ 2 cups powdered sugar
✔️ 2 teaspoon vanilla
✔️7 tablespoons evaporated milk

I wanted to make some churros but thought that it would be basic, so I opted for this recipe instead.

✅ ½ cup Flour

I was scrolling through my social media page and found a post about churros, and that triggered my quarantine baking senses. Technically, we don't bake but you get the point lol. Here is how to make red velvet churros.

Red Velvet Churros with Cream Cheese Dip

Churros Dough:
✅ ½ cup Flour
✅ 1.8 grams of Cocoa Powder
✅ 1 pinch of Baking Powder
✅ 200 ml water
✅ 1⁄3 cup of white sugar
✅ 30 grams of unsalted butter
✅ Red Food Coloring

This is my second time making cookies so it might not be perfect, but it was made with love.

✅1.5 cup All-Purpose Flour

Osmeña Peak/Pico Peak is a hill that boasts an outstanding view of the two neighboring islands of Cebu; Negros and Bohol. It also boasts a vast view of the sea and you’ll get to enjoy the remarkable hill structures which are a blend of both stone cliffs and green vegetation.

Osmeña Peak is said to be the highest point of Cebu Province with a height of 1,042 meters above sea level (MASL) and It is one of the most visited sites by tourists in Cebu. The hills look like the Chocolate Hills in Bohol because of the many mountains clustered together, it is also known to be a start point for those who want to hike traversing to Kawasan Falls in Badian.
