Ika-23 ng Nobyembre-Matagumpay na naisagawa ng Baranggay Oras Children Organization kaakibat ang suporta ng Barangay Council for the Protection of Children ang pagdiriwang ng National Children's Month na may temang “Break the Prevalence, End the Violence: Protecting Children Creating a-Safe Philippines!.

Kasabay ng pagdiriwang ng National Children's Month, isinagawa ng BCO ang mga patimpalak/palaro upang mas mahasa at magamit ang kanilang mga talento sapamamagitan ng Essay Writing contest, Quiz bee Contest, Poster making contest, at Slogan making contest.
