Here's a delicious pork vegetable stir-fry recipe for you:
Ingredients:
- 450g of pork/beef or chicken thinly sliced
- 2 tbs of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1packet egg Noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork slices and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the cooked pork from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, cabbage, and red onion to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet chilli sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet and toss to coat.
5. Return the cooked pork to the skillet, add cooked Noodles add stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with green spring onions.
