My Takeaways for 2024:

1. As a vlogger (or blogger), portray yourself as a brand.

2. Finding a niche that works for you might be difficult, but stick to your passion and topic that you're really interested.

3. Believe in yourself, continue what you're doing.

4. Make time and effort to create quality content and post.

5. Make your post clear and concise.

6. Don't focus on follower count.

7. Sharing is better than liking.

8. Be passionate with what you're doing.

9. Continue posting and creating content which you're very familiar with.

10. It's your responsibility to market your brand and make it easy for clients to understand your quotation.

11. Focus on making original content, don't mind if it's not going to be viral.

12. Don't post anything which does not reflect your personality and beliefs.

13. Focus on your area of expertise.

14. Continue creating video/content that best represents your personality and the essence of your blog/vlog.

15. Never stop writing and thinking outside the box.

Today's Influence Ignition Season 1 was an eye-opening experience that significantly enriched my understanding of this dynamic field. I definitely learned a lot and I'm so grateful that I was able to attend although I'm not exactly feeling well, so I just joined the Zoom meeting starting at 9:00 a.m. sharp. Here are my three key takeaways:

1. Consistency is Crucial: I learned that maintaining a regular posting schedule is essential for building and retaining an engaged audience. Consistency not only helps in establishing a reliable presence but also in developing a distinct voice and brand over time.

2. Community Membership and Mentorship Matters: The importance of being part of a supportive community and seeking mentorship cannot be overstated. Connecting with like-minded individuals and experienced mentors provides invaluable guidance, feedback, and motivation, especially in the early stages of the content creation journey.

3. Quality Over Quantity: While it might be tempting to flood my social media accounts with content, the masterclass emphasized that producing high-quality, meaningful content is far more effective. Whether you are a newbie or a seasoned content creator, focusing on the value and impact of each post ensures sustained audience interest and engagement in the long run.

This one-day event has provided me with a clearer roadmap to navigate the content creation landscape, highlighting the balance between consistent efforts, community support, and the commitment to excellence and quality.

A lot of people think fear at work is always bad.

But completely removing fear might not be the best idea. Without it, there's less drive to do well and take responsibility.

Think about a workplace with no pressure at all. Sounds nice, but it can lead to everyone just doing the bare minimum. No one pushes themselves, and things might start to fall apart.

Having a little bit of fear towards your boss can actually be good. It's not about being scared all the time. It's about having enough respect and motivation to do your best work.
