π¨ββοΈπ©ββοΈπ§ββοΈJOB DESCRIPTION: A network of Clinical Communication Specialist that assists Radiologists and other Hospital Stakeholders in ensuring a smooth flow of information between each other in relation to ensuring proper radiology test results communications, readiness of studies, basic technical application troubleshooting, etc.
πππΌ JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
β
Graduate and licensed in BS Radiologic Technology course
β
With 1-2 Years of any or combined Hospital/Clinic/diagnostic center RadTech experience (preferably experienced 3 modalities β Xray, MRI, CT Scan)
β
Preferably has background with Teleradiology/Radiology work (CPO or Hospital experience)
β
Preferred but not required 1-2 years of BPO/CPO experience in a Voice Account/Line of Business
β
Above average oral communication skills
β
Must have an above average typing skills (30 words per min); familiar on different keyboard short cut keys
β
Must be good on multitasking, logical and critical thinking
β
Amenable to work onsite during Training and Nesting Phase
β
Quarterly Rotational shifts (morning, mid and night shifts)
β
Must be willing to work during weekends and holidays
β
Temporary WFH (until further notice or performance based)
β
With fast primary and back up internet connection at home
β
Office located at BGC, Taguig City or Mabuhay Tower, IT Park Cebu City
